Export to CSV
It'd be extremely helpful if I could run a script or something on multiple hosts and then export the script output of all those recently ran scripts into a CSV to analyze in excel.

Open Device in New Tab from Ticket Screen
When working in a ticket there are many times where I want to switch to the device. There's a button to go to the device, but it doesn't open it in a new tab. This causes problems for navigation - especially when I need to stop and start the ticket timer. If I right-click on the device to try and manually open it in a new tab, it ends up in a load loop and never completes.

Combine and send reports automation
I would love to be able to have reports automatically combined into one and scheduled to send to the customer on a monthly basis. Right now we have to either have the reports sent to a tech and manually combine them and then send. Previously we were able to do this until migrating over to Atera. Love Atera, just would like to get that feature back.

services (with all components) in the dashboard
Today we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server. I'd like to be able to create such service with all the components that are part of it, including: servers, services, databases, websites, application pools, external websites, ports, etc. Then showing it all as a summary in the dashboard.

More information from PC
More information from the PC's would be nice (e.g. take look at the amount of info that PDQ Inventory can grab from client devices without even requiring an agent installation).

Impact
Would like the ability to edit the SLA section and provide my own Impacts instead of using the default ones.
Also an ability to delete ones we are not going to use.

Allow different views of our customer list
When i view the customer list, the buttons are too large, it would be nice to be able to list my customers all on one page, instead of having to scroll to find the one i want.

The ability to select/unselect column in the Timesheet Report
currently we only get the choice of the default columns in the Timesheet Report. It would be nice to be able to select the ones you needed. Also, to show all time entries but only billable hours in the total hours on the top of the report.

Exporting a list of multiple devices with specs and more
Would be a good idea if we could export a list of devices from multiple companies to an Excel sheet and include the specs and last contact date and Ram - Disk - and OS type/info

A no-technician-license access for a personal assistant to create or re-assign tickets
A username and password for a PA with no access to reports, devices or alerts.
All that should be available is the tickets section - create tickets on behalf of customers when the PA picks up the phone, ability to re-assign tickets from one engineer to another.14 votes -
blocked customers
Currently when viewing a customers individual record, One can set the customers as "BLOCKED" ( non payment/late payment etc) The tiny icon overlay is displayed ( from the ranking feature) . My request is:
1) Make this a little bigger or even allow us to create/upload own images and have up to 10 rankings.
2) Make this overlay display function, which is already available, make it available where ever the client is displayed. EVEN on tickets, Lists, etc.

Reporting (with excel Exports)
Across All Categories:
Being the admin on our system I have the need to run many reports across ALL Customers, or ALL Devices, or ALL Tickets, or any other detail.
We need a Report section where we can select certain criteria, and be able to run it against (All our system data)
ALL Customers, or ALL Devices, or ALL Tickets. I realize using ALL seems like a wide open query, but not if you limit the choices.Examples:
First select either Customer, or Ticket, or Devices, etc
Customer (Across all Customers)
drop down list of All available Customer fields (including Custom)
Let me select the fields I want to use for my search criteria
Return all Customer fields as part of the search results - And let me Export to Excel
Example: Return all Customer's (and all field data) for Customers created during 2021, or between two dates.Tickets (Across all Customers)
You already have the query built here, just give me an option to export to Excel
drop down list of All Ticket fields (including Custom)
Let me select the fields I want to use for my search criteria
Return all Ticket fields as part of the search results (maybe only the first 100 characters of the Client initial ticket request) - And let me Export to Excel
Example:
All tickets with specified tags - and allow me to export to Excel
All tickets between two dates - and allow me to export to Excel
As I mentioned, you already have the query built here, just give me an option to export to ExcelDevices (Across all Customers)
drop down list of All Ticket fields (including Custom)
Let me select the fields I want to use for my search criteria
Return all Device fields as part of the search results
Examples:
Return all Devices where OS Edition contains Windows 10*
Return all Devices where OS Edition contains Version is Windows 10* and OS Version is 20H2
Return all Devices with Windows 10 that have either KB50009543 or KB5010793 installed. Across All Customers.Using IT Automation profiles:
At present I can create an IT Automation profile to run my own script. I can easily create the IT Automation profile. The issue is adding clients and devices. If I add the Customer name on the first field, it automatically adds all devices for the Customer. I have no way to select Customer-Alias Folder Name. If I try to add from the Folders screen, the drop down is empty.
i.e. Favorites, or a Custom folder named Workstations. To do this, I must navigate away, and go to Customers > Devices, and select our custom folder "Workstations".
By clicking the Actions button I am able to apply it to the IT Automation Profile to all devices within that Folder. The issue is when I need to exclude, or remove devices from my IT Automation Profile after it has been created. The removal process using the IT Automation screen is too small to scroll through several hundred devices (at 5 per page) and pick and choose. At present I must navigate to the individual device, then the device details page and remove the IT Automation Profile that has been assigned. I have found this to also be cumbersome. And quite frankly it is easier and faster to delete my IT Automation Profile and start over from scratch.
