I think the ability to select multiple software bundles within the Patch Management & IT Automation profiles would be extremely useful for setting up different departments of a company (i.e. select a base essentials and software development bundle for a software engineer)

Show next scheduled touch date when viewing list of tickets
When viewing the list of tickets, it would be very helpful to see that next scheduled touch date. That in conjunction with the activity status would make the "Tickets" view much more usable.

We would like to see the date that the ticket was created in product reports as well. So far I only see dates on timesheet reports.

Work from home - Server support
Splashtop supports work from home that allows users to connect to a server. Can we please add that functionality from Atera since it utilizes that product? Right now I have to add a Splashtop work from home license manually outside of Atera.

Link to device's Folder
When you are working with a group of devices in a specific folder, there should be a link on the device page to go back to that folder you started in. Right now I have to go back to the company page and then to the folder.

Atera agent to not include remote access softwares
Most of my customers do not want to have remote access software installed on their servers and computers (Splashtop, screenconnect, etc..), so I ended up not installing the monitoring agent because I have no other choice.
We need the monitoring agent installed without the remote access software. Is there a way we can build our own agent?

Github Integration for scripts
Github integration for scripts to load this from public or private repositories. This way, other users can also comment / issues / version releases / pull request on scripts. Currently, scripts are checked before they are executed, in the event of errors you cannot give feedback or other users cannot see any feedback on scripting.

Search for contacts with their mobile number
When an authorised contact calls us and their mobile number is stored in the Mobile Phone field, we should be able to use the search bar in Atera to find that mobile number and it's associated contact in Atera.
Currently 'Phone' field is included in the search but 'Mobile Phone' is not.
We have mobile phone numbers populated in Azure AD and therefore they are synced to the Mobile Phone field in Atera, this should be searchable.

Scheduled Reports emailed with csv/xlsx attachment
It would be good to have a report attached to the scheduled emails so that we can export the numbers and log accordingly internally. This would be useful for automating product and expenses into invoices within accountancy packages.

Ticket Snooze
It is possible to schedule a ticket for the future.
It is possible to snooze an alert.
It would be nice to be able to snooze a ticket until a future date -or for a period of time- that way you can get it temporarily out of your queue, but still follow up with the user later.

My Tickets view
It would be nice to have the ability.. or if it came out of the box, to have a view in tickets called My tickets so that technicians can see a list of all the tickets they are assigned to...instead of creating a view for each tech.

Schedule Hourly
It would be nice for the automation profile to have the possibility to run it hourly ( or at custom intervals ( in min o r hours) ).
Now if I want it to run hourly, I have to create 24 shedules daily, each for different hours6 votes -
Number of all devices per customer
On the customer overview page, it would be helpful to be able to configure the data to be displayed yourself, or I would have liked to have displayed the number of devices there.

Custom Timezones for Customers
Customers don't have a timezone option at the moment.
I have customers in multiple timezones, so would be handy to have a timezone option for customers so when they say "I submitted a ticket at 8AM" I don't need to do some mental maths to work out when that is.6 votes -
Device View
The device section of machines are large and clunky in this menu, we need a way to change the view to make them smaller like other RMM solutions. This is a must have feature, please.
