Helpdesk Client More Languages

Notification History
Avery time we install PC agent we get notification about it, but after few hours or next day we don't have ability to see all notifications. We need notification history to go back at least 1 week.

Trend Micro has been a go to antivirus and cloud security suite for quite a long time. Bigger competitors of Atera such as Connectwise and Kaseya have Trend integrations.

In Device View, I would like to see the same options after selecting folders, as I would see when I am looking at all devices, mainly the Patch, Perf, and the other Icons. I know I can still get to this via Manage, but didn't know why the icon option disappears when filtered by folder.

Windows Update online instead of WSUS
Automation uses the devices source for the windows updates. Thus the agent will not install any windows update if the there is a WSUS configured but not reachable or out of service. It would be good to override this an download the updates online just as a user would optionally be able to.

ticket notifications
When a ticket is submitted via email or via portal, a ticket notification goes to the user via ticket automation.
However, if a ticket is submitted by one user for another, we will change the Contact on the ticket to accurately reflect who needs to be serviced to resolve the issue. With other PSAs I have worked with, this would have the ability to trigger a notification to the new user that a ticket has been created/modified. Atera doesn't have that notification as an option in the Automation settings.11 votes -

non technical staff
Need the ability to have non-technical staff in Atera's Admin section for billing and account (customer) setup. These back-office people have zero need nor should they have access to RMM capabilities.

It would be great if Atera could store the history of OIDs so we could see some historical data on the monitored OID

Remotely connect to an agentless SNMP device
I can't find the ability to connect to an SNMP agentless device thru its own management interface (like http or telnet).
I suggest: 1 promote a remote agent as a "gateway node" 2 in rmm web interface assign SNMP device to this remote agent becomed gateway 3 in rmm web interface on SNMP device configure the management port number and type (for example 80 http) 4 a connect button appears on SNMP device in rmm 5 clicking the button it opens a piece of software on my pc that opens an http tunnel between remote SNMP device and my local browser.

Helpdesk Agent Improvement
Ability to assign more than one engineer to a job. An example would be you work on a job with a number or other engineers due to skill set and or training and need them added to the ticket.
