Customized Ticket Options
We need the ability to edit, delete, add our own ticket status, ticket priority, ticket impact, ticket type, and product family.
For example, what if I wanted to place a ticket into pending materials, or pending third party.
Then what if we wanted to pull a report of all tickets in said status? or view all tickets currently assigned to that status?
What if we wanted to change the priority and link that to SLA timers. For example, low should be changed to Normal so that the end-users do not think their request/issue is of low priority?
What if we did not want to use the ticket impact at all? We should be able to disable it.
What if we wanted to change the ticket type, such as Issue, Question, Training, Project related. or Misc. Related ?
What if for product family we wanted to add categories, such as hardware, software, networking, telecom, server, etc. etc. etc.
Not having the ability to change per our business needs restricts us from using Atera, therefore we cannot become Atera customer because of the lack of functionality and customization for our own labeling, tracking, reporting.
Sure, we could use custom fields, but the Atera system forces us to use their status, priority, impact, and type still. So, it is useless to create custom fields, in that regard, as we will end up having to do double work, essentially.

Wake on Lan to use Public IP address
Wake-on-LAN: It’s a brilliant feature that for the most part works really well, however sometimes a local IP doesn’t get reported from the machine to Atera. It’s got one and it’ll be registered with the DHCP server on the network etc, but because it wasn’t reported to Atera, Atera can’t wake it up. I know the device could be woken up, and I then have to use additional tools to wake the device up, so if there was an override of some sort, or the Wake-on-LAN feature used the public IP address to define the network for instance, this would/should work 100% of the time.

Mobile app
It would be very interesting and very useful if the atera mobile application allows interaction with tickets so that field technicians who come to resolve incidents on site can record their times, used products and services, economically valued, and collect the customer's signature. . basically it would be interesting to be able to use it as a ticket application to close work orders on site.

Customer Portal
Having the ability to prevent customers from seeing any open/resolved tickets. Only view option for customer portal is knowledgebase and create new support ticket.
Currently in admin >> Settings >> Tickets >>Customer Portal the option to view Open/Resolved is greyed out and unable to remove that view from customers

add ability for users to flag ideas on idea board as duplicates, so our votes count
For example, search the idea board for "notify" and scroll through 1=2 pages. You will see several duplicates, asking for notification of devices coming back online. by adding a "may duplicate" button and allowing us to enter a reference to the other idea you would be crowd sourcing database cleanup efforts and making each vote count.

User account activity, logged on times etc.
User activity or when they are logged in and for how long etc. would be a real bonus with this software. The data is there, basically I would like to see when and for how long each PC/User is logged on especially now with people working at home

Allow CC for Tickets created from the Portal
Just as a customer can CC others on an emailed ticket, they should have the ability to CC additional people when creating a ticket from the Customer Portal

Create an easier method to add OIDs to the monitored section
It would be nice to be able to bulk add certain OIDs to the monitored section rather than require them to be manually input twice (i.e. once to put in the Values section and again to put in the Monitored section).
Additionally it would be nice to auto-configure the alert as "if value changes from current", this would streamline data entry.3 votes -
End time of IT automation profile
How can we be sure that an automation profile has REALLY finished? There is no option.. We need to see the end time of an IT automation profile.
Else we cannot guarantee our customers the patching and restarts in their time frame.This is just basic stuff and it is pretty annoying that you cannot be sure when a profile has REALLY finished. Atera needs to improve very much..

Archive Customers and Users In Active Customers
Have the ability to archive and hide both entire customers, and individual users within a customer. Be able to keep the customer in the Atera database (tickets, interactions, etc.) but be able to make them inactive, and hide from view.
Be able to hide individual contacts (users) within a customer to also keep ticket history, but not show them as contacts. For example, a contact that was entered into Atera has been terminated or no longer with the company.
And of course be able to re-enable or reactivate that customer or contact...

ticket summary screen, actions available
From the Ticket Summary screen, we have very few actions available to us. Delete, Assign, Status, Priority, Merge. It would be nice to be able to select several tickets and set to Silent first, before I take any of the above actions. In this scenario an end user is sending text messages to our helpdesk account and it is generating a separate message for each text. If we take action on these particular tickets it will send a message back to our help desk line, which in turn sends another message and creates another ticket (endless loop).

Pause alerts for custom times
Currently, you can pause alerts from the Device > Manage > Pause Alerts for up to 5 hours, we have a server we won't reach for over two days so we need a longer option
