API: search tickets and time entries by date-range and customer-ID
Currently if we want to use the APIs to pull certain tickets or time entries for a particular client and/or a particular timeframe, we have to pull ALL THE TICKETS in our Atera account (which takes a long time, and generates a lot of traffic to Atera's servers).
Can you please add additional criterias to avoid all this extra traffic and make the API calls faster?
Time Entries and Tickets search:
* Before date-time
* After date-time
* Customer ID
* String in comments (all words, or any words).Thank you!

Allow to hide in-built fields in the ticket section from ourselves
Would be great to have a completely customisable UI in the ticket section. Allowing smoother and more efficient workflow and ticket updating.
All we need is to be able to hide the pre-made fields from both the customers and ourselves.

The machine name and customer is no longer a hyperlink to open in new tab
So before the alerts page update, the device name and customer name was a unique hyperlink in which you can (by clicking the mouse wheel button) open the device or customer in a new page.
I need to open a new tab by clicking customer and manually navigating to the device within the customer devices list. This is not a great UI experience and I would appreciate if the old functionality could be restored.

Work from Home usage
I would like to have a view to see if contacts are not using Work from Home. This way we can audit who is not using the feature and release the license and not bill a customer for something they are not using.

Alert statuses and repetitive reminders
Alerts, should be repetitive if someone is down. Currently you get ONE alert if something is down (servers, network equipment, etc....not desktops). There should be a repeating alarm (every 10 / 15 / X minutes) so that it is AWARE and RESOLVED. This is BASIC stuff for a RMM.
Also, you should have an alert that if something was DOWN, that it came back UP. Again, BASIC stuff in a RMM.

Projects Pane
Projects area separate from daily tickets requests. Just like we have a Tickets pane, a Projects pane would be very helpful where we would have fields such as Initial Engagement date, Projected start date, Projected finish date, Tech assigned (multiple techs), Customer, Subject, Status ( Planning, Testing, Implementing, Standby, Scheduled, On Hold, Started, Completed and ability to enter other custom status), Tasks list with Start and finish dates for the task, ability to change the status on individual tasks to (started, on hold, scheduled, complete) and assigned tech. Also Project number counter separate from the ticket number counter, ability to attach documents such as quotes, ability to run reports on projects and export task status along with time entries to PDF. In other words a projects tracking pane.

Change Threshold profiles to use a Parent/Child relationship model
It would be nice if threshold profiles were overhauled to use a system that uses a default parent profile and then you just create child profiles that contain deviations from the parent profile, for example, say for example we decide that on most devices we want to change the space alert from 90% to 95%, at the moment you have to go through and update every single profile that you have created.
What would be nicer is if that all additional profiles inherited the settings in the parent profile and then you just tweak anything that you want to disable or override.
So If I have a server that has a different brand of AV on it from the one on all the other servers, i can create a new profile based on the parent profile just unselect that check from the baseline profile and add the the new alert. This will make it easier to make sure that any changes to the parent settings are applied to all child profiles instantaneously.

Priviledged User Install Software for macOS
If we want to install some software on macOS such as ZeroTier One for example, it fails because it needs sudo and a password to install using homebrew.
Atera should create a service account on macOS with administrator permissions that it can use to call sudo and install software from Homebrew as required.
I would expect the password is kept atera side, is unique per device and is only delivered to the device with the script that does the software install, otherwise attacker may exploit this. Probably Atera would keep an encrypted version of the password server side, that encrypted password could be delivered to the AteraAgent on the mac and the AteraAgent could decrypt the password in memory locally for use with the script calling the homebrew install, and it clears it from memory once used.
