  3. Why can we not just upload and set installs for any app (exe or msi) in our portal. Having to set up a private repo seems crazy (and I cannot seem to find anywhere in the portal where I can actually do this). Atera is the only RMM platform I've ever used where you cannot upload/store software setup files manually and it's extremely frustrating.

  7. It would be good to add a second technician to a ticket. That way 2 technicians can follow up on a ticket and get updates.
    Then it's also possible for those 2 technicians to see that ticket in their filtered open tickets. So when 1 technician is on holiday, the 2nd technician can still follow up on the ticket without forgetting about it.

  9. We work mostly in French and for some of our clients it is very important to have all client-facing communications be in French. The automatically generated "Please Reply Above This Line" text should be editable or at least its language should be selectable.

  11. I would love the ability to 'tag' devices, or be able to place devices in multiple folders. So you could either tag devices with 'server' or 'finance' or 'sales', or be able to put device in multiple folders, eg 'building a' or 'site b' or 'servers'.

  13. Like "Availability Monitoring" but with No Notifications.

    Just a simple Widget like Availability Monitoring that shows how many computers are online and how many computers are offline including if it is a Server, PC, Mac, Linux exactly the same widget, Just no Notifications.

  14. Having the ability to paste code into a ticket reply or internal note would be immensely helpful. It would be nice to be able to paste code into my ticket notes and easily copy it for future use.

    Could be implemented similarly to how Discord or Slack by surrounding the text with backticks

  15. I'm currently evaluating Atera as a potential replacement for our existing help desk, which is lacking a really good asset management system. What I'm specifically needing is a better way to all of our assets as they come in the door and leave our environment for use. Ideally, the application would allow us to print labels in a variety of sizes for different devices and equipment, scan QR codes to checkin and checkout equipment (reserve equipment on the spot), complete maintenance surveys and allow users to take photos of equipment through the mobile app, and if I'm being a little…

  16. AT THE MOMENT TICKETS ARE REGULAR OR SCHEDULED, THERE IS NO OPTION TO TURN A REGULAR TICKET INTO A SCHEDULED TICKET, THIS IS VERY INCONVENIENT, HAVING TO MANUALLY RECREATE.

  18. Restore ability to edit device relations in mobile app

    The ability to edit device relations in mobile app has been removed.

    IT Automation Profiles can be assigned via a device's relations folders, which is a nice feature to group devices, for example: Weekly Updates & Shutdown; or Weekly Updates & No Restart; or No Weekly Updates.

    If a customer calls out-of-hours advising they have important work to do and requests their device is to not to be restarted, we can no longer move the device to appropriate relations folder using the mobile app.

    Please restore this feature!

  19. There are plenty of tickets regarding the hidden field usage in the Customer Portal and it is being addressed.

    Adding onto that, it would be nice to have an indicator on Custom Fields that show (at a glance) which fields are hidden or editable in the admin menu. Otherwise, to know which are which you need to go through the fields individually and/or on the portal itself. The fields already have an indicator for what format they're in (text, date, number, etc) so another indicator for hidden/editable would be greatly appreciated as it would save a bit of time when…

  20. Option to turn this pop up off if you get near it with the mouse you can't simply click elsewhere but have to Esc to get rid of it - it's incredibly annoying, move far out of the way or allow a user to permanently stop the pop up please.,
