  4. We would like to get an Alert via email when a new Agent has been installed on any of the customers.

  5. We now have the Patch Management Page on Atera, which is useful but it would be great if there were a tab within that for Software Patches, as we can already see something similar looking per device.

It would be really useful for us to have some kind of integration with Wiztree, WinDirStat, or something similar for managing storage on devices, and having a more efficient way of visualising and keeping track of disk usage. It would be handy to be able to see this on the dashboard, and clear space from Atera that way.

  9. Have Task Manager be more of a representation of what you would see on the Desktop computer. It would be nice to have the different tabs, easier searching for the task we need to end, and graphs of hardware usage.

  10. In the new UI, entering manual time entries is very laborious.

    Having to enter HH:MM:SS and then type AM or PM, twice (start and finish) multiple times per day is very annoying.

    It should be in 24-hour format. So we just enter, for example, 11.48 and 13.17, and that’s it. If we don’t enter seconds then these should default to 00 on seconds.

  12. Feature Request: Bulk Export and Update Device Details

    I would like the capability to export all device data into a report, modify details such as Host Name, and re-upload the revised file to update the system in bulk.

    Currently, we are deploying across over 2,000 hosts using a script, but the Host Names in the system do not match the actual device names. As a result, each host would require a manual update. With this feature, I would like to export a report containing fields like Host Name and IP Address, make necessary changes in Excel, and re-upload to apply…

  13. We have several cases when users have 2 or more devices they use. We need the ability to attach the same user to more than one device. Some have desktops and laptops.
    Some have desktops at more than one location.
    The to have to associate an email is a hindrance as well - or the helpdesk Icon goes away.

  14. For the "Atera Agent uninstall prevention" please consider adding an "Uninstallation Code" to Prevent Local Admins from Removing the Atera Agent. This is done for many Agents in other products (Like KACE or Carbon Black agents, for example) to prevent Local Admins from removing these reporting Agents without IT Approval. Please heavily consider this as some environments have Local Admins.

  15. We should be able to create a tunnel through an atera agent that allows us to administrative access an internal HTTP / HTTPs website for devices like

    • Firewalls
    • Printers
    • Access Points
    • Cameras

    basically anything that you do not want to open up to the world but would like to admin without first logging into a server using splashtop or something else

  16. It is great that there is a column in devices that will show all patches available.
    But that is less important than having a column and patch mangement tool that reports relevant patches that are required to meet my organizations patch standards. This information has been provided to the system by my Automation and Patching Polices. Yet the Patch Management panel and the Patches Available column indevices do not reflect this.

    This makes the the patches available column not useful at all unless you just want to see what is available for that given end point according to the MS…

    Allow central management of SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and password-based authentication across client organizations from a single admin console.

    The biggest piece would be to allow Multi-tenant management that makes it simple to administer the password manager for multiple organizations.
