  1. An alert is created when a customer or device has more than xx number of patches. This would indicate that the device is failing to run patches/offline and requires investigation.

    The idea would greatly assist us as the current schedule report takes so long to go through with so many devices to check

  2. Please allow the ability to filter the "Invoices" list on the billing page by status. This will allow us to quickly find unsent or unpaid invoices versus loading page after page of invoices.

  4. In the agent 'New Look' page, the ability to edit the page is a great idea, but the execution defeats the purpose. Please either allow the old look again, restore functionality, and/or improve the customization.
    The Metrics bar, which was incredibly useful, is now useless. It's inability to zoom, select, and the lack of timestamps one each data point makes it completely useless. It also bugs out and sometimes doesn't even display the time range on the bottom.
    The inability to resize the widget boxes by dragging the edges to the right makes no sense, and severely limits the usefulness…

  6. Ability to delete comments.

    If an external email has dropped inappropriate content into a ticket, we should be able to delete that ticket comment to remove the content.

  8. Hi, I need a way to group tickets by assigned category, such as Security, Networking, Printers and Scanners, Hardware, Software, etc. This would allow for better analysis of the data. Is it possible to add this feature? Thank you!

  9. I have recently discovered that a few clients will have a ticket open already and will not reply for a few days and then ask to have the issue looked at on a specific day.
    This wouldn't be too bad if there wasn't already key details and notes in the ticket already, and closing and opening is just tedious as the ticket isn't technically closed/resolved.
    I feel like a feature to schedule an already open ticket to automatically be closed and reopened within a specific time frame would be amazing.
    It doesn't even need to be necessarily closed, just disappear…

  11. It would be a huge time-saver if Atera could include the ability to deploy PPPC (Privacy Preferences Policy Control) profiles through its MDM tools to automatically grant Full Disk Access for the Atera agent on macOS devices.

    Right now, we have to manually configure this on each Mac, which is both time-consuming and prone to being missed during setup. If Atera could handle this as part of the MDM deployment process, it would greatly simplify onboarding, improve monitoring reliability, and ensure better compliance across all endpoints.

  13. Hello, I would like to suggest some changes to the SNMP management page. I am attaching some modified screenshots to give an idea.
    - add the possibility to modify the OID monitors (currently you have to delete and start from scratch)
    - make it possible to perform multiple deletions instead of one row at a time
    - make the modification comprehensive, not just the description, but also the ability to change the OID, condition, and severity (in the case of a monitor), in other words, avoid having to re-enter everything from scratch each time

  14. It should be visible (selectable from Edit columns on Devices page) and searchable from the main devices page, so I can add something like the location (ex. Tom's Office) or who the user is and I can quickly find that computer based on my comment.

  15. Why do we have multiple accounts for different parts of Atera? Chat doesn't recognise us so we have to give it our name and email, every time. Feedback/Ideas is a different portal with a different login. Support is a different portal. We should be able to login once and that's it across the Atera estate.

  16. The Agent Name already grabs the Device Name of the PC automatically unless you manually edit the Agent Name once. Once you do that, it will never revert to the Device Name. Please allow Atera to have the Agent Name pulled from the PC Device Name again after the Agent Name has been edited. The workaround is to uninstall/reinstall Atera but that is not practical.
