Suggestion for New Email Integration Feature in Atera
Dear Atera Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to suggest a new feature for your RMM and ticketing SaaS solution, Atera, to improve the handling of client emails.
As it stands, we often receive emails from our clients that need to be forwarded to Atera. It would be beneficial if we could transfer emails directly from our personal inboxes to Atera without having them open a ticket under our name. Give us the ability to customize the GUI theme.

Average time on dashboard
To have the widget of the dashboard show the actual average time of the ticket. Based on a calendar and working hours. If a ticket comes in over the weekend we don't want it to count.

Invoice - design/layout of "report/form" - some layouts to choose from
Invoices should be more flexible ... the layout of the invoice-form ist not european (or austrian)-standard. Normally there is a block with Customer-Address like
Company Name
Street
PostCode City.... also the structure of the other fields look not as a professional "invoice" ... a very small report-customization (report-designer) - or some layouts to choose would be fine.

Ability to Do software Patching for large number of Devices
To be able to Patch A large number of customer devices and not just the 20 limit, Currently you need to split for example 300 devices out into groups of 20. If this is a limitation it would be good that the automation does this for you when setting up the profile just for the match automation

Print/export pre-defined reports (Recent Processes)
Print or export reports such as Recent Processes. we update many machines using the scripting process, and would like to have a list of the results, rather than having to use the print page of the browser.

Display entire ticket conversation in email template
I can only display the last comment made by the customer in an automated email ticket. The issue is that there is no context for the user's response without visiting the Atera portal. A helpful feature would be to allow the entire ticket conversation to be displayed in an automated email template when the user updates a ticket.

"Back To Scripts" button
Very often I'm running a series of scripts one right after another. But the pattern isn't consistent enough to write a master script or package.
How about adding a "Back to Scripts" button to the Script Run Summary screen next to the "Go To Agent" button?
This would save some clicks and cut some time out of executing a sequence of scripts.

Implement WSUS
Please implement the update retrieval via WSUS so that Atera can download the updates from the central server. This reduces the download traffic.

PC Offline
Right now the Work From Home Spashpage does not notify a user after logging in if their PC is offline. It just gives a false verification expired. We need our clients to see that their PC is offline rather than thinking the Atera interface is buggy.

category filtering for billing
When I select Labor as the category... I should not be able to see my products listed in the second drop-down. Please fix this filtering annoyance.

Add Public Holidays for Business hours
There is only option to access business hours but there is no ability to add public holidays in the system which will impact SLA's.
Ability to add public holidays either in the Business hours section or new page.
