  6. We'd like to have the possibility to have more than one requester for a ticket, in case it's a bigger outtage we can inform more people at once than have to contact every single one of who is affected by the outtage.

  7. When accessing an agent's page (computer). We should have a list of active related tickets and an option to have a history of all the tickets related to the agent.
    Now if I do a general search with the computer name, it doesn't show the tickets in the results unless it's a ticket created from an alert because an alert puts the name of the computer in the ticket title. It seems unclear how the link between tickets and agents is made. When creating a new ticket from the Tickets page we should be able to select an agent form…

  10. ZIP code lookup, ask simply for ZIP and have a setting in the admin portal to default to US or whatever country you do business in. Then one could enter the ZIP code 10019 and New York, NY should auto populate in the city and state field based on that ZIP.

  11. Currently there is a limit to how many items can be in a policy this is between 30 and 50 as sometimes it works and some times it doesnt (Ateras Words).

    As we cant apply multiple policys can we then increase the amount of items per policy.

  16. Add Products Module to the Internal IT Department Model

    Currently as an "Internal IT Department" we will never bill our other individual company departments. With that said, it would be nice to track inventory of either products we have in stock and/or what we are ordering for other groups and tie dollar amounts to those. This will help IT departments in general as it gives us insight into keeping stock via trends, record other departments IT spending as-well-as keep consistent on ordering special requests.

  17. We use TeamViewer as a support tool.
    It would be nice to have the same operation as the Splashtop module.

    If the client machine does not have the software to install then it installs it silently.
