Distinguishing between clients and applicants
So, is there any ways to have like 2 kinds (categories) of contacts : customers OR only-contact ?
Email #1 ==> customers
Email #2 ==> only-contacts
In order to display both ?
Because actually, we only have customers .. so if we wish to use ATERA like a small crm, it may be a good idea to separate CUSTOMERS and ONLY-CONTACTS.

Splashtop Persistent Banner
Is it possible to add option for splashtop streamer to change session indicator styles?
I would like to change popup to presistent banner with "Allow user to close the banner" option.
Splashtop got that integration from their webpanel, but not from streamer app.

Ability to assign users from any location to any device within the organization
Our organization has separate devices for users for remote work and working from the office. We have all devices sorted by location along with users but are unable to assign users that typically work from the office and are sorted there to their work from home devices.

Enable automatic agent override when OS is re-installed
With having to re-image computer quite frequently, it would be nice that the system recognized the same Serial number and not create a duplicate agent. At the moment you need to copy/past the extra data fields/custom fields over to the new one and manually delete the old agent.

we have a customer where a 3party software company is writing things into C:\Users\itwo\AppData\Local\Temp\1 the 3party company claims that due to limitations in .net this is the Standard/default path for reporting and can not be changed. so we would request the feature that we can exclude specific Path from the function Clean up Temp files.

Automatically remove or label Device from the Atera Dashboard

Assign Device Search
When assigning an agent to a contact, it would be nice to be able to start typing the agent in to help find it. It would stop the endless scrolling of all the scattered agents allocated to a company.

Mac OS Diskspace improve reporting
Mac OS free diskspace is sometimes reported incorrectly because some machines use a large amount of "purgeable" data. The terminal-based disk usage utility does not account for this type of data and simply may assume the disk is almost full, when in reality Mac OS does not report it that way since it will delete this purgeable data as soon as space is needed by the OS.
Atera Agent should be able to differentiate this data type to more accurately report available disk space.

Automation Profile Filters
Automation Profiles should include filters AT MINIMUM for device type like server or workstation. Additionally folders should include automatic inclusion filters so you can automatically assign workstations or servers (at minimum) to folders.
lastly, bulk manual addition of devices to folders should NOT be under "edit relations", that's for moving devices between clients, you should be able to easily move a device into a folder within a client without the opportunity to move it to another client.1 vote -

Deferring Tickets for Later
I appreciate the ability to schedule tickets when a tech creates them, but i'm also looking for the ability to defer tickets that come into the helpdesk by users if work is to be completed at a later date.
Example: A manager opens a ticket to have a staff member offboarded, or there's a change of staff a couple of weeks down the road. Currently we have to delete the ticket and create a new scheduled ticket manually, whereas this would be a lot easier if we can defer the ticket to a later date and remove it from view…

Scripts to prompt for input
Have scripts to prompt for input. for example, if I wanted to create a new local user and add to the administrators group. I would run a script but have it prompt for the username and/or password.
I have a script created and I can either have a set password for all my clients, BAD, or edit the script for each client I would like it ran on, not ideal.
