  1. I have several large clients that stream real time video to events like Black Hat 2023 in Las Vegas. If you are unfamiliar with the event it has a virtual booth day on the last half of the ticket.

    I have clients in remote location that will stream thier presentation directly to the company booth. They use software encoders to push the video to the booth server.

    They run in to problems like Task Manager popping up while broadcasting. This wrecks the stream and they look embarrasing to thier clients. This has happened hundreds of times.

  2. Would be good to see reporting of axient backup intergrated to atera.
    Job Status, Job Completion, Job Failure etc.

    If we could have the atera dashboard display this info and send alerts to technicians would be nice.

  3. You should be able to create a ticket via the API with only a Agent ID or name.

    If I am running a script and want to create a ticket from the agent, we should be able to attach an agent and ignore the user field information.
    The User information should be relatable from the agent in Atera automatically.

  6. Stop adding Atera notices in the upper part of my browser window that I CAN'T close. Like the blue bar "Switch to new look" ect. Very annoying.

  8. Attachments within tickets can sometimes contain sensitive information, as a hosted service I think being able to delete attachments can sometimes be necessary.

  13. We want to be able to offer Automated Consumable Orders for our customers via Atera. We are monitoring their printers via SNMP. When the printers reach "Low Toner" status we want Atera to automatically create a ticket and email the supplier to order that client some toner and then close the ticket.

    At the moment we can make this work, however there is one big problem. It will automatically create a ticket for ALL "Warning" or "Critical" status. Maybe this could be fixed with a new alert status called "Consumable"?

  15. When a contract quantity is changed in mid period, the contract should be billed on next billing batch. The choices could be :
    "Next billing period" - preventing automatic mid period billing, as of today
    "Daily" - Billing from today til next Contract duration date
    "Current month" - Full month invoiced from current month till next Contract duration date.
    "Next month" - Full month invoiced from next month till next Contract duration date.
    It is necessary to keep track of the quantity invoiced on all contracts. Thereby preventing to invoice the same quantity twice.

  16. So the users can either select a request or ticket. The idea is if the user select opens a ticket is because someting happend and interrupted his work, and task or request when the user request for something installed like a pheripheral or apps....

  18. Allow multiple connections for the same 3rd party app using different accounts. We are an MSP for government entities who would like to keep their accounts under their own name to ensure security and ease-of-mind if switching to a different MSP. We would still like to connect multiple of our clients to our Atera account for remote access and streamlining purposes, while keeping separation of finances and titles between customers.
