  2. General suggestion -- anytime you create an operation, create that operation with multiple endpoints in mind.

    When you want to activate an agent, you have to click each individual agent, HUNDREDS OF THEM, ONE AT A TIME and select activate agent. Same if you want to activate chat. Same if you want to install BitDefender. This software is supposed to make managing multiple endpoints simpler, right? It's ridiculous to have to even mention this for a RMM Tool, to be honest.

  3. The Shared Script Library should include additional columns such as "File type" to show the operator each individual script's file-type .. e.g. PS1 / BAT / SH

    Additionally this should be sortable, or preferably filterable to only show those you may be interested in.

  4. I want to call a script e.g. get-outlookplugins and this one gives back the information about the installed plugins. The last line in the script could be something like:
    [[Atera.Invoke ScriptName Enable-OulookPlugin.ps1 PluginName=$ResultSet]]
    It should then call the Script Enable-OutlookPlugin.ps1 and give the resultset or an value preselected for the variable PluginName.
    For this drop-down selection for script variables would be very helpful.

    I often use scripts to get an information needed in the next script. Maybe the chain or invoke can be enabled/disabled by runtime if atera sees that the script invokes another one. So in this example the…

  7. We should be able to directly track work via tickets on SNMP devices.
    We should be able to attach an SNMP device to a ticket like we can agents.

    For example, you need to upgrade a Firewall's firmware. you should be able to track that in a ticket and attach the device to said ticket.

  9. I would like to be able to enable AI suggested replies and solutions for all tickets received (perhaps within ticket automation rules). Ideally, it would look something like this

    Ticket comes in > AI suggest both a reply and a solution > user can deploy the suggested reply with one click, or override it and write their own reply

    They can manually attempt the solution if it seems viable, or disregard this.

    If it could do this with each subsequent reply in the conversation that would be fab

  11. Having a field on the main screen for a device where it shows whether the device is idle, versus having to click through a couple dropdown menus before getting to the info. It would help to be able to see, at a glance, whether the device is indeed idle before connecting up. This avoids connecting when it's in use, which disrupts the client's work most times when in use.

    Several other RMM's have this already, which is convenient.

  16. It would be helpful if we could add customization to the email sent to customers on invoices. For example, now we have a very generic template that gets sent with each invoice with the attached invoice PDF document. It would be beneficial to edit the text in the email to include: a URL, custom greeting/payment instructions etc.

  19. It would be a relief if the passwords for a device (agent, TCP, etc.) were also displayed directly to the customer. The password management should be changed accordingly.
    Otherwise, passwords always have to be stored twice. There is no clarity in this way.

  20. Allow monitoring devices that have no internet gateway but which are in the same network than other atera agents with full internet access allowed. We have windows machines competely without default gateway entry. I think they will not be able to launch functions which need internet access but maybe we are able to monitor them by redirecting the monitoring information over an existing agent.
