  2. The ability to custom reports more like a query builder, using field labels. This gives the ability to create a report as needed for OUR business model. Not canned ones. Although they are nice :) The ability to find all customers by tech assigned, or all customers with no tech assigned and their associated open tickets or the devices not online, etc. When you have 500 customers with 3- 30 devices each its challenging. . Currently we have to run a report that is TOO much ( all devices per customer) or not enough ( separate report per device) and…

  3. Provide a Remote Connection report to show dates, times and duration of a remote connection. This is highly valuable to demonstrate remote actions to clients and justify MSP services and value. Also to potentially include remote worker reporting for add-on billing of the service.

  4. Executive customer report. Intended to be sent to the customer once a month.
    This report should include the following;

    How many tickets were opened, closed,
    How many alerts were opened and closed,
    How many updates/patches were installed
    Status of AV,
    Status of backup,
    How much time technicians were in remote session
    overall health of their systems.

    This would give us a leading approach and make it easier for us to quantify costs if they are seeing how much work is being done in the background.

  7. Hi It would be great if there is a report we can run per Technician that includes the Tickets completed as well as the Time Entries and description of the work that was done.

    This would be great if this could be a scheduled report as we need to keep track of what tickets and work was done in each of the tickets and the time spent on the ticket.

  8. When managing multiple environments, it is vital to be able to keep track of devices that would warrant upgrades, or replacement. Reporting geared towards listing all assets/devices (subject to filtering) with all their key components (i.e. CPU model, # of cores, Memory size and type, Disk size and type, etc.) would be really helpful in determining what equipment needs attention.

  9. It would be good to be able to run daily, weekly, monthly time reports etc that break down the technicians billable, productive and non billable time. For example 'billable' would be a standard rate for that client, 'productive' would be more for things to show the technician is doing work but might not necessarily be billable to the client such as pre-sales, internal documentation etc and non billable would be things like admin, emails, meetings etc.
    Currently there is only the 'billable' tick box which isn't helpful really unless they're only doing billable work.

  11. Please have automated reports send the file as a pdf instead of a link requiring you to sign in. Or both. We want to be able to send reports to our clients, but right now we have to send them to a technician who opens each one, saves them as a pdf, and then emails them to each client. It is time-consuming. We can't email them directly to the client as none of them use Atera and it makes them log in which confuses them.

  12. Currently, PDF is the only format to export reports to. It would be very handy to be able to export to CSV or XLS so that data can be brought into Excel. This should also be an option for format to send recurring reports in. I did notice some reports have the ability to be exported in formats other than PDF. Can that be done for all reports?

  14. Currently, every morning I have to export to xls, run a Macro to sort, group and calculate how much time each tech spent the previous day. Would love for this to be automated.

  15. Similar to the Auditor Report, we would like to have an executive summary report that combines auditor report and patch status summary as well as other reports that we can add or remove when required.
    It would also be very handy if we can remove specific elements from a report e.g. remove Mac computers if they don't exist on the network or Server Distribution etc. and most importantly have this report sent with a PDF attachment.

  17. Would like to see a report that could be run against the system to see which customers have "Work from Home" enabled on computers.

    This is for 2 reasons, billing, and much more, security.

    Need to be able to see more than anything, which customer have this enabled.
    Right now you have to look customer by customer, takes to much time.

  18. If the "Folder" field could simply be added to the Auditor Report Excel exports that would be awesome.

    We have organised our devices by customer and then by folder but without the folder field showing in the Auditor Report exports that categorisation is lost.

  20. currently we only get the choice of the default columns in the Timesheet Report. It would be nice to be able to select the ones you needed. Also, to show all time entries but only billable hours in the total hours on the top of the report.
