  1. Sometime i forget to activate the agent icon on the computer of the costumer and i have no way to see if i forgot.
    I think it can be cool to have a flag somewhere in Atera to see witch computer have it activated or not.
    If i send a mass command to activate it, it will spread the costumer of black CMD box for maybe nothing. I don't want to do it all week.
    Maybe it's possible to read a registry key to show in the console if the agent is activated or not.

  2. When tagging tickets, currently, there are only pre determined tags by ATera.
    An option to add Tags would be a good idea.
    Ex. There are only 3 tag options for Hardware and there are way more hardware out there.

  6. With the new ticket view it is harder for the support team to differentiate on the list which tickets are "awaiting customer response" or "awaiting technician response" as there is a just small circle of either green or purple next to the status. We would like tickets where they are awaiting our reply to be obvious at a glance to prevent a reply from being missed.

  8. The new update tool is still short coming. It can't detect Router, switches, NASes and even Printer. It should be able to detect UPnP devices. Even standard Windows 10 can scan and list these devices. A free tool like Advanced IP Scanner can detect better. This tool needs to be seriously re-tooled to a level that can be used in corporate environment.

  9. Auditor: when I export it to excel, the name is called auditor #5. I want customer name to be shown on the name of the excel. Lot of information on the report itself that I don’t need and need to remove before I send to the client

  10. We would like to have the ability to filter devices based on a CSV file. So the system can only display devices that match device names from the CSV. This allows us to manipulate the data and then filter within Atera. From there we can do any of the following functions available in Atera {run a script, install a software package, assign to a folder etc..}. Thank you.

  11. It would be helpful if we could filter by Last Modified - e.g. Last Modified last week but not this week, so we can easily see if there are any tickets that we've missed out on updating.

  12. We need to be able to set a custom resolved date. In the event that you fall behind on ticket notes and attempt to put a ticket in the following month example say you do the ticket on the 28th and put the ticket information in on the 3rd of the next month your Report for block contract hours will be wrong every time. I found a ticket I thought I had put in and had to go back and do it later. It turns out the report looks at the date resolved for time calculation however I need the…

  13. The patch history of devices shows some updates which are applied but not all. Support told me that getting updates over WUA API only shows updates which are still on the update servers.

    Problem now is that you cannot be sure which updates are applied to the servers because the updates suddenly disappear from the history. So you have no overview which patches are applied.

  14. Collect firmware version of network devices such as router, switches, printers and pull the actual version from the vendors to get a full overview of the patch state. Maybe let the community add information about the firmware sources/fields and location where to find the actual version from the vendor.
    This could be report like or build into the smtp/device agent.

  15. Currently there is no way to filter off of information like Domain. Not a huge issue, but would be useful to have access to that for the purpose of monitoring domain membership through Atera.

  16. It would be nice to have a dashboard pane that can be configured to display a grid of key OID values.
    example:
    Device Disk space CPU % Temperature
    Server 1 30000 10% 22C

    I think the SNMP template would need a "display on dashboard" flag for the OIDs as well as the display would need to group by SNMP template so all similar devices are together.

    The same is true for the Devices list - it would be nice to have the option to display key OIDs on the line with the device, i.e. flag "temperature" as a key OID…

    1. Why are periods displayed in the billing even though there are no tickets or time entries?!

    Let's assume that's the only way. Although it's wrong because there is no distinction between zero - nothing to charge (time entry: 1 hour, but no charge) or no ticket and time entry at all.

    1. Why is an invoice created in the second step and even exported? With nothing in it. Because there were no tickets for billing in this billing period.

    At the latest in point 2 it is an error because empty invoices are created and exported

    • Threshold alerts for Disk - All the other alerts have "time period" for delay but for Disk there isn't. Important to have for example delay of 10 mins or else we have to remove it by hand and it takes a lot of time.

  17. Ability to connect to Anydesk without copying and pasting passwords. It would be nice if we can apply profiles to customers. For example, be able to set all endpoints to default to better performance and not to share sound.
