Editable resolved date
We need to be able to set a custom resolved date. In the event that you fall behind on ticket notes and attempt to put a ticket in the following month example say you do the ticket on the 28th and put the ticket information in on the 3rd of the next month your Report for block contract hours will be wrong every time. I found a ticket I thought I had put in and had to go back and do it later. It turns out the report looks at the date resolved for time calculation however I need the ability to make that a day of last month and keep its ticket time where it was. I use billing software separate of Atera and I use the Block hours report to know which tickets were completed when. Without the ability to put in a ticket from last week across the months I cannot make my report accurate.

I totally agree that this feature would be extremely beneficial as technicians sometimes forget to close off their tickets and as such, the tickets are missed off that month's report.
