Only allow login from MAC-addresses.
Its good to have the option to only login in from IP-addresses, but would be a lot more powerful if only allowing login from certain MAC-addresses. This way it has to be your machine you are login into.
Once the admin selects this feature in the admin portal, the change has to be approved with a MFA prompt. So the admin has to have MFA setup before moving on to the MAC-address option. When the approval is granted the MAC-address from the admin computer is automatically added as a approved MAC-address, so not to lock out the admin from the system.

Dashlane integation
Dashlane seems to have risen in popularity since the big LastPass hack. Any chance of a third-party password management tool like Dashlane being integrated with Atera?

Deep Billing Integration
We want Atera to be able to read how many backups or Endpoints a customer has so we can bill them using the billing functionality and not manually. The info is there.

Multiple network discovery scans per day on same site
I have multiple shifts and need the ability to schedule discovery scans hourly. Adding an hourly option to the discovery scan would be helpful.

Agentname / FQDN
Unfortunately, after installing the agent, only the computer name is displayed.
It would be much better and more useful to display the FQDN. Directly in the overview.
This would make it much easier to assign machines and search much faster if you know the AD. As well as simply adding new machines under a "dummy customer" (transfer) and then assigning them to the real customer. It is important that the FQDN is shown DIRECTLY in the overview.

Reboot/Shutdown - Mobile App
I sorely miss the fact that you can't simply restart Linux machines. This is possible when accessing via a website.
Is something planned here?1 vote -
Alert if working someone elses ticket
Alert if you grab a ticket that someone else has already grabbed, alert before you save any comments if the ticket is in someone else's name, alert before you change the status of a ticket that belongs to someone else, etc.
Basically, this will just let you know that someone else got to it faster since it is not real-time and you are not both working the same ticket.

Link Automation Tasks
Would be great if you can link a chain of dependency for the automation tasks. Like example if I have two tasks, one to create a restore point and another to run a manual PowerShell script. I should be able to assign the restore point automation first and make it a dependency so if it fails the other task fails as well.
A step further would be to make it agent based so if the first task succeeds on the a few of the agents and not on all the agents. The chain of tasks continues for those agents that processed the task successfully only.

Executive Summery Report for Security Reports
It would make the cost so much more worth it if we were able to do Vuln scans and present an executive report directly from Atera. As it stands now the export is worthless via the excel sheet. It doesnt show the machine names for the CVE's listed

Choose Anydesk or Splashtop as default for some computers
AnyDesk: Ability to choose Anydesk for some customers and Splashtop for others. And then only show Anydesk for specific customer and to not send the Splashtop installer again via the Atera agent (need to remove it everytime)

Inventory and Asset decommissioning reports.
Warranty Master /Scale Pad added to the apps site, or adding these features to your current reporting. This will greatly help with life cycle and budgeting for IT departments and for MSPs for Clients. Ability to count devices, and retire them with assets value.

Show customer attachments in mobile app
With the attachment section in a customer, we have thought about using this for remote clients to help them locate their servers and network and having a picture to guide them really helps a lot, especially for techs who havent been to the client site before. This attachment section is very helpful! However it does not seem to be present in the mobile app and this would be great to have as the mobile app is more convenient than logging in with a computer.

dropdown
Be able to rearrange the dropdown options and their dependencies in any order we choose. This way we won't have to recreate the dropdowns every time something is added or changed, they can just be shuffled around manually.

While a technician is establishing a connection with a device, Splashtop currently does not provide information about the specific user who is already logged in. Instead, it only indicates that another user has connected. It would be highly beneficial if Splashtop could include the feature of displaying the name of the other user. This addition would facilitate improved team coordination, enabling direct communication with the individual as required. We have prior experience with the N-Able product, which offers this functionality. Thus, we suggest incorporating a similar feature here. Your consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Availability Monitoring
Availability Monitoring - Control how often we receive alerts for a device that is offline. I can get an email alert almost every hour to let me know a device is still unavailable. After a weekend I can have up to 50 emails for a single device! If there are multiple servers offline then this is too much. We are having to turn off this feature at the moment because we just get spammed.
