Killing Two Ants With One Shoe
Title: Add Domain Account or specified accounts to Atera and to Shell/Scripts
Currently Atera uses system and current user for scripts and shell. Adding Domain credentials to Atera would eliminate storing passwords in clear text under scripts and make management easier for accessing domain resources - network drives etc...
With a system account - there is no access to domain network resources like drives. Yes there are work arounds using net use and possibly adding a domain account under Services.msc - Atera - Logon - domain account. What if the domain account breaks?....I mean yeah, there is a possibility to powershell that but that does not work at scale and we'd have to touch every end point and the same with changing account credentials.
Current user - Hopefully our endpoints are local users or domain users logged on. Maybe they should install some software without admin priv right?
Imagine adding a domain admin or even specified accounts as an option having easier access to domain drives and we don't have to wait for microsoft to fix Winget. Its like killing two ants with one shoe.

Google Forms
It would be beneficial if Atera could include a feature enabling the import of Google Forms. This enhancement would significantly streamline our onboarding, offboarding, and internal departmental transfer processes.
Having a template Forms feature within Atera with functionalities similar to Google Forms would be advantageous for handling equipment requests and maintaining a consistent and efficient workflow.
This improvement would contribute to a more seamless integration of processes within the Atera.

Custom Status Exit Codes for 'Recent Processes' report
Hi Team,
Was wondering if it was possible to add a feature request so we can somehow filter / display custom Exit Codes depending on script logic and filter results quickly in the 'Recent Processes ' report.
Example, exit code 100 for sucess / 200 for failure etc and then quickly filter based on this information.
This would enable us to lets say run some check for a software installed on several devices and only show devices that have it installed (exit code 100) and then take additional actions based on this info.

Monitor USB Drive Connection Status
Atera needs to be able to have an alert set for when a USB drive disconnects. This would be most useful for local backup drives; if someone unplugs the drive, or if the drive fails (would cause the same alert event, I would assume) the backup cannot run!

Idle on Main Device screen
Having a field on the main screen for a device where it shows whether the device is idle, versus having to click through a couple dropdown menus before getting to the info. It would help to be able to see, at a glance, whether the device is indeed idle before connecting up. This avoids connecting when it's in use, which disrupts the client's work most times when in use.
Several other RMM's have this already, which is convenient.

Remove devices individually that no longer use Atera 2FA
Currently it is only possible to have one device per OS registered for Atera 2FA. If I replace my phone with a new one I have to go to Atera admin settings and reset 2FA which resets it for all devices including my Windows device which I don't need to have 2FA reset on. Please make it possible to remove devices individually from Atera 2FA settings.

Auto-email and interactive guide in customer portal
Adding the option to send an email to a customer when they open a ticket with a list of instructions on how the Customer Portal works. Also adding an interactive guide in the portal so the customer knows that they can respond to a ticket from the portal itself, rather than their email. This would be useful especially if the customer is requesting an email password reset and is unable to access their email, they would still have a way to see and respond to technicians if calling is not possible.

Search KB by keywords or by categories.
Search KB by keywords or by categories. We are continuously adding to the KB. Being able to search individual categories and not a broad search would be useful and by keyword also would be good

Ability to enable or disable the generation of screenprint when creating new ticket using ctrl+f12
Customers do not like to use the ctrl+f12 functionality, since it take approx. 10+ seconds from pressing the key combination and until the Portal dialog shows.
It would be nice to be able to able to control the feature by registry and/or by the enduser them self.1 vote -

Subject/Title conditions, CC email action capability in ticket automation rules
I really like what you've done so far with the ticket automation rules - we've found a lot of use already in the current capabilities.
Could you please consider adding CC: actions to ticket automation? Specifically, the ability to strip CC:'s, and add CC:'s based on conditions.
In our specific scenario:
We have some routine ticket emails for employee changes/terminations that are sent to the helpdesk. All are titled consistently enough where we could build the condition we need to work off of. The ticket email typically contains about 20ish other personnel that do not need to be involved in the "ticket fodder" emails while we work the ticket; and, we have a couple users that we add to this ticket as well. If ticket automation could handle this, we wouldn't have to do what we do manually:Remove all unnecessary CC's from the ticket to cut down on ticket noise.
Add two CC's to the ticket so they are in the loop on EE changes/terminationsThat's just one scenario, we have several other ways we would use this if the ability was there.
Thanks for considering!
