To the right of Metics it would be nice to have a dropdown that let you pick between different metrics that we could see.
The default being the Mem & CPU that's currently shown.
In the drop down you would have Temperature, which might shows the line graph for CPU temperature, HD Temperature. Another option in the dropdown would would graph maybe disk usage or something.3 votes -
Group multiply Alerts
It would be very useful if the same alerts were grouped, for example: if I get an alert from a client 5 times an hour that the ssl certificate is about to expire, this alert should not be created again and again but only once with a counter that counts up the messages.

Integrate 3rd Party App for EU (DE + ES) Accounting Software
It would be great o have for EU Clients more Integrations available. QuickBooks and Xero are not ready either for DE nor ES Market. Was doing a trial and liked it but its not complaint with the local law, GPRO and general tax reporting API connections. Can we have more integrations like SevDesk, SumUP, Odoo?

One of the primary challenges in IT management revolves around tracking and managing renewal anniversary dates for licenses, certificates, and contracts. Each of these entities possesses individual renewal dates, which can be handled either through automation or manual intervention. The manual approach involves contacting specific vendors to address the renewal of services or licenses.
To address this issue effectively, it would be highly beneficial to have a dedicated module within the Atera. This module would allow the storage of all contract and license details, including attachments, renewal dates, vendor contact details and quantities. Additionally, it should offer a calendar feature and notification system to set up reminders for IT managers regarding upcoming renewals. Ideally, the module should also provide a monthly calendar overview, enabling a clear understanding of which renewals are due in a given period.
This requirement arose during our ISO 27001 Audit, where we discovered that our current approach relies on a legacy Excel document for tracking costs, renewal timelines, quantities, and vendor contact details. To enhance efficiency and professionalism, adopting a comprehensive contract and license management solution is necessary.

Allow agent<>user machine relationship to be updated via API
The API is a great way to update many items quickly.
To be able to update the agent's relationship with a user via code would be a real bonus.
Currently facing the prospect of updating this manually fills me with dread.

Ticket Rows too large on screen, need a way to customise layout
Size of the row that each individual ticket takes up is too big, can only fit about 8 tickets on a 1080p screen

Webroot actions appear in recent processes
When deploying webroot via the atera option there is no record for that action under recent processes.
I could get a record if running it as an independent script but that feels pointless when it's built into Atera4 votes -
System shutdowns should either report under the "Last Reboot Time" or in their own category.
I was told they are not the same, but it is basically the same. You want to know when the system was rebooted/shutdown. I had a client that hadn't rebooted, but they shutdown their machine every night. The system reports this as uptime, which is very wrong.

Provide the ability to run a report with all customers selected
I would like to run a report for all customers selected at once. Then have the ability to export as a .csv file so I can analysis the data to figure out what we have in the field.

Add subscription renewal date to subscription page
It would be helpful to know when our next subscription billing date is on the subscription page itself. Right now it just shows Monthly and Yearly fee along with payment info. I had to contact support to see when my next billing date would be.

Tickets from Alerts auto-requestor-assignment
If there is no user assigned to a "machine causing an alert", set "requestor" to a Techician or System.
Current automatic behaviour is to set the first (alphabetically) contact from the affected Site to the alert/ticket .1 vote -
tag search
Adding tags to different tickets are not getting recognized by the search engine.
It would be great if you can search for ticket-tags just like in the knowledge base with "#tagname" or if there is a free-text field in the filter section and not just checkboxes for the tags.
And on top of that in the filter section the tags are not in alphabetical order, this would help too!greetings
