Session expiry notification
Some kind of notification to advise the agent that the web session has expired. Lately, I have been trying certain tasks over and over again while it just produces a very generic "error" message only to realize that the session has expired and a refresh and login is required.

Multiple Ticket-Tabs within Atera
It would be very convenient if you could have several tickets open as tabs within Atera. This would allow you to switch between several tickets, no matter where you are in Atera. I know that you can simply open several browser tabs, but I think it would be much better to have tabs within Atera. Especially if you use Atera as a "web app". This would significantly increase productivity and it would be much easier to keep an overview.

splashtop auto lock remote pc once disconnected
Would be great if we had the option to set so once splashtop sessions are disconnected the remote pc is locked automatically. I work with splashtop business and always setup this option because they allow it. Would be great if it could be transferred over

Multiple white label designs
Allow multiple white label templates based on customer. For example one of our customers would like to resell our service but having our branding won't work in that situation. So having an option to choose a white label template per customer would be a good feature.

Changing the Status to "Closed" Should Display the Ticket Overview Again
In the old interface, changing the status to "closed" would bring back the ticket overview. In the new interface, after closing the ticket, it remains in the viewport, and we have to click again to see the ticket overview.
Please fix or address this bug/feature request.

Bugfix: Links in the New Ticket Interface Do Not Open in a New Tab
In the old interface, all links from a message opened in a new tab. However, in the new interface, these links open in the same tab. This is inconvenient because we have to use the browser's back function to return to the ticket, which takes time to load and is not user-friendly. 90% of our tickets contain links that we need to follow.
Please fix or address this bug/feature request.

blocking software from launching
It would be great to have to ability to block unauthorized inventoried software from launching. There are installers that does not require administrator rights to install and some of my users have learned that.

Splashtop connection banner
The Splashtop popup in the lower right hand corner, stating someone is remotely monitoring/working on your PC/Server. Can this have an option to leave it visible for the entire remote session. A few customers have asked me (from a security perspective) about this capability as they deal with sensitive data

Print ticket with all details (time, products, etc.)
Ability to select a ticket and then "print" (paper, pdf) the entire ticket record (time entries, products sold, etc.).

Put devices in multiple folders or tags
I would love the ability to 'tag' devices, or be able to place devices in multiple folders. So you could either tag devices with 'server' or 'finance' or 'sales', or be able to put device in multiple folders, eg 'building a' or 'site b' or 'servers'.
You get the idea... :)

View only license
View only license: license for our accountant, sometimes they check what we have in the system is the same. We give them one of our user for that day and then we cannot work. Would be nice to have a view only license

Revert Agent Name back to Device Name
The Agent Name already grabs the Device Name of the PC automatically unless you manually edit the Agent Name once. Once you do that, it will never revert to the Device Name. Please allow Atera to have the Agent Name pulled from the PC Device Name again after the Agent Name has been edited. The workaround is to uninstall/reinstall Atera but that is not practical.
