  4. Add a filter to the devices view to sort by OS version. A quick look to see who may be on a version that needs a feature upgrade. If I want everyone to be able to view all devices quickly that are on 20H2 to see who needs to be updated without having to run reports.

  6. Simple, move the spinning icon when searching to the bottom of the page. Every search I do ends in me miss clicking because I move faster than your search runs. I search and the item I want is top of the list but as I click it the search finishes and moves the entire list!

  7. Use case for us is we have a license purchased for a monitor in the office to view tickets.
    Sometimes after the session timeout, the person with the MFA is not in the office and it is inconvenient to start a new session.

  10. Assuming that heartbeats are sent both ways for machine availability, the server end is slow to recognize a computer is offline. This can make testing things like Wake on LAN very slow. If the client agent can somehow notify the server that a shutdown event was recorded and update the portal much sooner that would save a lot of time. Alternatively, decrease heartbeat interval times? Sometimes have to wait 5-10 minutes after shutting down a machine before the portal recognizes the device is offline.

  11. We are all concerned about the Insider Threat and Security Policy dictates that all USB ports on windows. Linux and Mac workstations be disabled except for designated workstations and those be logged and be reviewed daily.
    You have scripts to do it but we need it to be more automatic and for it to be monitored and reported.

  12. I would like the ability to increase the retention period for Atera Online Backups. At the moment I believe it is defaulted to only retaining the last 30 days. It would be nice if we could change that period on a monthly basis. For example the last three months would be a good start. Using archive points is not a suitable solution because it does not cull older backups and they will just grow and grow.

  13. It would be awesome if we could get a SSH webshell to access devices such as Cisco networking equipment from SNMP or just by specifying DNS/IP info. It could use a specified agent to execute the function.

  14. Can a excluded Patch be removed from the Patch Compliance Reporting.

    So A practical example is MS released a preview patch this week and I exclude Preview patches from my customers but in the compliance reports it shows not compliant die to that patch not being installed.

  16. I would like the block contract rollover to only rollover hours for the last month rather than from the start of the contract. When I run a block contract report the hours for one that has been for 2 years have kept accumulating for the 2 year period which is not feasible at all.

  18. Il serait intéressant d'avoir une possibilité de gestion temporelle des tickets.
    Par exemple, fermet automatiquement les tickets ouvert ou en attente qui n'ont plus eu aucune modification depuis 6 mois.
    Ou bien pouvoir se dire, je met ce ticket en attente mais il doit se réouvrir tout seul dans deux semaines pour tel ou tel raison.

  20. This is using the new Atera interface, by the way.....When running a script on a device (Devices -> Manage -> Run Script), the category list as well as the list of scripts are not alphabetized. I have over 100 scripts in "My Scripts" and I'm trying to prioritize certain scripts in level of importance to run by simply numbering them in the category name and script name("1. categoryname", "2. categoryname","1. scriptname", "2. scriptname", etc) so my tech knows what categories of scripts to run first and what order to run those scripts in, but the scripts and categories are not…
