Editable resolved date
We need to be able to set a custom resolved date. In the event that you fall behind on ticket notes and attempt to put a ticket in the following month example say you do the ticket on the 28th and put the ticket information in on the 3rd of the next month your Report for block contract hours will be wrong every time. I found a ticket I thought I had put in and had to go back and do it later. It turns out the report looks at the date resolved for time calculation however I need the ability to make that a day of last month and keep its ticket time where it was. I use billing software separate of Atera and I use the Block hours report to know which tickets were completed when. Without the ability to put in a ticket from last week across the months I cannot make my report accurate.

Firmware audit
Collect firmware version of network devices such as router, switches, printers and pull the actual version from the vendors to get a full overview of the patch state. Maybe let the community add information about the firmware sources/fields and location where to find the actual version from the vendor.

Advanced Filtering
Currently there is no way to filter off of information like Domain. Not a huge issue, but would be useful to have access to that for the purpose of monitoring domain membership through Atera.

Display key OID values on either the dashboard or device list
It would be nice to have a dashboard pane that can be configured to display a grid of key OID values.
example:
Device Disk space CPU % Temperature
Server 1 30000 10% 22CI think the SNMP template would need a "display on dashboard" flag for the OIDs as well as the display would need to group by SNMP template so all similar devices are together.
The same is true for the Devices list - it would be nice to have the option to display key OIDs on the line with the device, i.e. flag "temperature" as a key OID and have its value display with the device in the list.

- Why are periods displayed in the billing even though there are no tickets or time entries?!
Let's assume that's the only way. Although it's wrong because there is no distinction between zero - nothing to charge (time entry: 1 hour, but no charge) or no ticket and time entry at all.
- Why is an invoice created in the second step and even exported? With nothing in it. Because there were no tickets for billing in this billing period.
At the latest in point 2 it is an error because empty invoices are created and exported

Time Period Delay for Disk Alerts
- Threshold alerts for Disk - All the other alerts have "time period" for delay but for Disk there isn't. Important to have for example delay of 10 mins or else we have to remove it by hand and it takes a lot of time.

Increased Anydesk Integration
Ability to connect to Anydesk without copying and pasting passwords. It would be nice if we can apply profiles to customers. For example, be able to set all endpoints to default to better performance and not to share sound.

SNMP - Add ability to bulk delete OID's from a device.
If you import a large SNMP template and want to delete unnecessary OID's, you have to delete one by one, confirming the 'yes' prompt every OID.
Add checkboxes so that you can select multiple OID's and perform actions (eg; delete) in bulk.

Known Issues and Bugs
I would like Atera to publish a list of known issues and/or known bugs in the platform. This way I don't need to contact support when things aren't working as they should.
Recently the "reporting server" failed and the Recent Processes report didn't work. This is one of many bugs that I could have avoided contacting support if I knew there was a problem.
Bugs and issues don't necessarily have to be public, but please make them available to your paying customers.

Add Licence Key to Contact (Software)
We have about 60 employees but not all of them use all the same software would be nice under contacts to be able to add software ex: Adobe CC or Adobe Acrobat Pro and add their license key. So If I go under a contact I can easily see the key of their license product (re-install purpose) and at the same time keep a list of all the software use for that company.

Really need to visualy see if a computer run on supported version of Windows.

portal passwords
Bulk reset and/or re-issuing bulk portal details if not using the Welcome email facility. i.e. a separate email to go to people, with their portal details, without logging a ticket. We chose not to use the welcome email option.

Ability to limit statuses at the tech role level.
We need a method to limit ticket statuses based on technician role.
Including custom statuses.
This can be achieved by adding a section in the roles page where we can check off which statuses that particular role can use in a ticket.
This is not to affect techs trying to search a ticket with any status. Just what they can set the status to within the ticket or in the ticket list.
Why? Higher up techs or admins need to review resolved tickets and set to closed after review. Some techs are setting closed and we miss them. Also, we recently started importing resolved tickets through the API into QuickBooks invoices. If a tech sets to closed we lose these from accounting.We need a method to limit ticket statuses based on technician role.

Automatically assign ticket to a client
Automate a ticket to automatically be assigned to a client even though I receive notifications for all clients from the same email address (using automation, the name of the client is in the subject)

Disk Usage alerts with top folders and or files using the most space
I would like to be able not only that my drives are almost full, but also the top 5 folders and/or files consuming the most space on each partition. That would be great to pin point the cause and act quickly. I normally have to use a 3rd party tool to determine the top disk usage by folders and files.

The ability to export the Recent Processes report
The use case is I have a customer that wants to see what configuration or maintenance was performed, for yesterday or last week etc,
If I could set it up and have an email sent like other reports I think that would be informative and prove that we really are maintaining the devices - for example for the scripting portion of the report.
