Ticket Status View
An alternative to the ticket view screen:
Add a tree view to the left of the ticket screen so you can easily switch between ticket statuses.1 vote -

Can we switch the focus to the pop-up box and the text highlighted for easy entry of new requester?
This means one click to open the pop-up and then type the new requester with fewer clicks.

Allow performing actions on agents via API
The current Agent API only allows you to retrieve info on a device. I can envision utilizing API in our Client-facing dashboard to allow end-users to 'self help' by allowing access to run certain scripts (Restart Print spooler, etc)

Disk Usage alerts with top folders and or files using the most space
I would like to be able not only that my drives are almost full, but also the top 5 folders and/or files consuming the most space on each partition. That would be great to pin point the cause and act quickly. I normally have to use a 3rd party tool to determine the top disk usage by folders and files.

process user logged
Allow for process monitoring only when a user is logged in.
Monitoring for a process like onedrive.exe will always fail if no user is logged on and then generate an unnecessary error alert.

snmp combined monitoring
It would be nice to combine multiple OIDs into 1 monitor line so a single alert can be used for multiple OIDs.
Example:
7 OIDs monitor temperature with an "OK" status when things are fine
1 Monitor would reference all 7 OIDs and if one or more of them change status the monitor would send a single "temperature" issue alert rather than up to 7 individuals.2 votes -
Add "information" option on Monitored OIDs
It would be nice to also have an "Information" option for monitored OIDs.
Example:
Device has serial number and software version information available via OIDs
Desire is to get an alert when the software version changes or device is replaced with a new serial number.
This alert does not need to be a warning or critical as it is just housekeeping information. A further idea here is to have the option to aggregate "information" alerts to a single email rather than individual (i.e. an entire building of 10 devices all get software upgrades, be nice to have a single alert email rather than 10 individual)
The idea of historical tracking of OID values would also be useful on this as it would be nice to track historical records of device serial numbers and software versions.It would be nice to also have an "Information" option for monitored OIDs.

Scheduled Report Email Direclty Download Link or attachment
it would be great to have a link to directly download the PDF and Excel Export, it would save a good amout of time when you have to archive 20-30 and send them to clients. Alternatvily, it would be nice to have the option in the Report scheduler to send the reports as attachments directly in the Email notificaion. that way we could skip the Download all togehter, that would also give us the option to send the reports directly to the Client instead of being in the middle.

Dual tax
We have two taxes, and they must be displayed separately. I want to be able to customise my Invoices and other documents, I want them in French or in English depending on the preference of the customer.

Ticket Title Display
When a ticket title is too long, we don't see much information, which makes it difficult to quickly check a ticket.
Is it possible to maybe show the title in smaller cases when you hover it?4 votes -
Patch history
The patch history of devices shows some updates which are applied but not all. Support told me that getting updates over WUA API only shows updates which are still on the update servers.
Problem now is that you cannot be sure which updates are applied to the servers because the updates suddenly disappear from the history. So you have no overview which patches are applied.

Missing IP and Hostname fields in the genericdevice API call
When calling [get /api/v3/devices/genericdevices] the fields IP and HOSTNAME are not included. The information is also not included when calling [get /api/v3/devices/genericdevice/{deviceId}].
When we want to retrieve al list of genericdevice (the most commonly used method for monitoring devices), one of the most important information is the IP address.
Can you please fix this?

Alerts opening tickets
If a Critical ticket is opened , that's good thats what we want but if it then auto-heals itself, it should update and close the ticket and not open itself again later on.
We were advise on the alerts, within admin console, you can tick for auto ticket creation, whenever we do that we get bombarded with alerts, it doesn't self heal. and then it gets another tickets. it causes absolute hell when we turn it on. Keeps creating brand new tickets, it doesn't update the original one.
Even if we say it in the 15 interval, problem is if that self heals and then it will create another ticket, it will keep on logging tickets until it is resolve.

Access Audit log
We should be able to audit who accesses what devices and when, including shifty Atera staff who get 4 digit pins from us and start accessing our customer computers whenever they want.

Assign a start date for amended rates
It would be helpful to be able to select a date to start using an amended billing rate from i.e. we have increased our rates from 01.07.22 therefore from this date the new rate will be applied and prior to that date the old rate will be applied

Aging Report for computers and servers.
