( we have many sites on Generators with no continuous electricity 7X24 or sites / networks/equipment that is down for nights/weekends/holidays )Scheduled profiles can be used for other needs in the app other then Alerts

Patch Management Failure Report
Provide Additional Failure Info. At the moment we can not see much information, more log info is needed for the user running the job so we can troubleshoot it internally, it’s probably the command we are running, this will be extremely useful

IT Automation
It would be helpful to be able to control what Technicians see and have access to within IT Automation.
∙ A Technician cannot assign an IT Automation to a device or folder unless I turn on the IT Automation feature within the Technicians > Role Assignment.
∙ I don't want my Technicians to view or even be able to select an IT Automation that is not relevant to that particular Customer.
∙ If I enable IT Automation for a Technician, they can see all jobs, and edit all jobs, etc. It would be preferred that they can only view them (without the ability to edit).
∙ The first step would be for an Admin to be able to assign specific Automations as viewable on a per Customer basis.It would be helpful to be able to control what Technicians see and have access to within IT Automation.

Add More Payment Type
I would like to request more payment type for Atera Subscription which will be allowed to pay by transfer etc. due to there is no credit card for our company

Disk Space History with predicted time til full
It would be great to get historic information for disk space (maybe as a report?) to see the trend for the last 6 months, rather than just the current free space.
Coupled with that, it would be great to get a predicted mean time until full based on historic trend.

Sudo Rights
It seems like we can't install software from Atera on a Mac Device with the current configuration from the console side. Homebrew software installation seems to appear errors to any application that must be installed with Sudo privileges.
This almost makes the Homebrew feature useless. Please enable a feature that will allow us to install any application on Mac Devices remotely2 votes -
Seperate Licensing management
We would like to have the ability to assign different licensing to different employees as an example if we have a security team to do some port checking or so we would like to assign them the network discovery option but not for the rest of the team that will never use it. This goes for Guest as well for example: Customer would lik to use our tool to jump on his own machines so we should be able to assign a limited license for remote management only.

Add customised Agent download links to the customer portal
It would be really useful to have the custom agent version available as a download link in the customer portal for self install. Here's how it would work -
- We setup the customer and add their users
- The user can then login to the customer portal
- On the first page they land on there should be links to the custom agent install for Windows & Mac based on the company they are in within Atera.
The biggest problem we have is deploying the agent to remote users. The Mac agent especially as it requires multiple commands to be run from terminal to work. There is no reason this cannot be made into an auto generated script, downloadable from the portal.

Dashboard - Tickets closed per technician
Hi Atera Support,
Please could you create a Dashboard that shows the number of tickets closed per a technician per a day.
This helps my team to be more competitive and also ensures who is being the most productive technician.

Auto assign customers to devices
You should be able to install an agent on a device and the system should be able to assign it to the correct customer based on the domain of the customer or some other attribute in the customer details

MSP360 backup
Integration with MSP360 backup. We use is all the time and is very flexible for storage. It's not a big deal, but would be convenient to view on a single pane of glass.

Compact Ticket View
When viewing tickets it would be brilliant if we could have a more compact view of the tickets so that we can see more tickets on one screen, similar to Zendesk or Freshdesk. The current ticket view is huge and you can only see around 5-6 tickets on the screen at a time.

Use QuickBooks for Service Definitions
I have all of my services configured in QuickBooks Online. When I setup a new contract I select one of the services that exist in QuickBooks. On the QuickBooks Online side of things, I have specified service descriptions that match what is listed on my client contract (the one the client signs, not Atera's concept of a contract). The problem is that when I generate an invoice from Atera and export that to QBO, the service description is overwritten and lists only the service name. So now I have 2 columns on the invoice that both have identical data and I have to manually edit each line item to restore the custom service descriptions. Please have Atera use the QBO service descriptions for invoices that are exported to QBO.
