Atera Agent Windows Device Manager
Be able to load device manager and disable/enable/uninstall/reinstall physical devices on the machine. Much like how software inventory and service manager modals work.

hudu
Integration with password management platform Hudu. Instead of using Atera's password manager, it would be useful to link within Atera a password stored in Hudu so we can see all from one platform.

Advanced Reports, Add "Agent Software Inventory"
Advanced Reports allows you to configure almost anything within the "Agent" device details. The Classic Reports presents Software Inventory, Advanced Reports should have the ability to do the same thing. The software that is currently available in custom reports, is only specific to options when using the "Software Bundles" within Atera.

Generating Reports for Software that isn't installed on machines
At the moment, I cant see what devices are missing in terms of software without doing a manual lookup. I want a software report that would tell me if certain devices are not using certain software that is required, like a specific anti-virus software, or if office365 products are missing on the machine, etc.

Network Scanning based on private address
We have locations with an SDWAN setup where the public IP address of domain controllers change. Each time this happens network scanning stops because the scanning is based off of the public IP address of the server. We would like to be able to set up scanning simply based on the Private addresses.

chocolatey rate limiting
It's good if Atera has it's own caching server for avoiding Chocolatey public repo limitations and IP ban, or even better if we can also set ours manually.
Accessing the choco logs from the web interface might also come into great help.
I run software updates for 100+ machines on premises and the option of Atera patch management is not usable as is.9 votes -
Ability for End User to Run Scripts from Helpdesk Agent
It would be nice if the end user could right click the Atera Helpdesk agent and have an entry called "Tools or Utilities", when clicked it would then pop out a subfolder that has scripts (only the ones published by the technician) so that the end user can run the scripts to fix common issues.
I have a script right now to fix our email signatures when they get goofy and it would be nice if the end user could just run that on their own.

Auto tag
In many cases, the auto tag feature is very helpful. However there may be a specific software or item that results in a lot of tickets from users that don't fall under a auto tag. It would be great to create a custom tag, but also have the custom tag act as an auto tag.
For Example: WireGuard is an application my organization uses for VPN services. We can create a custom tag named "VPN" and create a rule where the AI will scan for keywords such as "VPN" or "WireGuard" in order to auto tag it.
Then in ticket automations, we could create a rule where if a ticket has been tagged "VPN" , it is auto assigned to a specific technician or group of technicians that handle VPN requests and troubleshooting. In many cases, the auto tag feature is very helpful. Patch Dashboard View
Need to be able to see a "Patch Dashboard" where you can see the patches & clients in one view and can apply patches. Going into the "Band-Aid" on each machine really isn't a practical approach.

Ability to preview ticket attachment in browser + on ticket view
Preview ticket attachments in browser [Document Viewer at least PDF]. It doesn’t open it in the browser. Click on the attachment. It downloads it automatically. But would be nice for it to open up in the new tab so it can show us the pdf. And it doesn’t show on the ticket too – if there is a picture it will just show the attachement but we don’t see the preview

It's important to all the CPU model in the hardware inventory report template you created in the advanced reports. Like the one you see in the Auditor report.

Change Threshold profiles to use a Parent/Child relationship model
It would be nice if threshold profiles were overhauled to use a system that uses a default parent profile and then you just create child profiles that contain deviations from the parent profile, for example, say for example we decide that on most devices we want to change the space alert from 90% to 95%, at the moment you have to go through and update every single profile that you have created.
What would be nicer is if that all additional profiles inherited the settings in the parent profile and then you just tweak anything that you want to disable or override.
So If I have a server that has a different brand of AV on it from the one on all the other servers, i can create a new profile based on the parent profile just unselect that check from the baseline profile and add the the new alert. This will make it easier to make sure that any changes to the parent settings are applied to all child profiles instantaneously.
Basically replicate the way NTFS permissions inherit.

Folder Automation
Create an option to assign devices to folders automatically based on device name, for example, if a device name starts with "example-" then place in folder "example".
This is an extremely powerful way of deploying apps automatically with intune and would be highly beneficial for deploying software packages and windows patches unattended. It would also prevent new devices from being missed and left unpatched.

Run scripts without having to save them first
I’d like to run one-off scripts in bulk by checking multiple devices without having to create a script in the script library.
