Alert when agent uninstalled
Receive a ticket when an agent is uninstalled - as the agent does not have a password to uninstall, it would be good to know if the agent is accidentally removed by someone, deliberate or accidentally.
If the password feature is under development, an option to receive an alert upon commencement of removal would be tremendous!

When preventing Atera agent uninstall, support informed me that running powershell command to uninstall Atera agent is the only option. Pushing the uninstallation from the console should be enabled

Add Contact Without E-Mail
It would be excellent to be able to add a contact without an e-mail address, we have plenty of clients who have staff who shared e-mail addresses so we can't actually create contacts for each staff member in these instances which is a bit annoying.

Increased Device Filter Options
Filtering for devices by Disk Type doesn't seem to be an option - We can sort by size, free space, model, bitlocker status, but not by disk type.
We still have some spinning rust and are upgrading them as we find them. I would LOVE to filter out the device list by systems that need an upgrade.

Scheduled Pop Up on Customers desktop for reminder
Create a scheduled popup to periodically remind to customer that his computer is managed by our organization and some other information to contact us for assistence.
For example, every monday at a certain time the agent send a popup on the desktop with the MPS Company logo and the description of the services offered.

turn off AI
Please make it possible for a user to turn off all the AI guff it keeps suggesting. This is not something I will ever use, I find the whole concept abhorrent and apart from which, I like my job, I don't want the computer to be doing it for me and getting it wrong.

Navigation bar resize / collapse to icons.
The side bar is text and Icons.
I'd suggest you pick one or the other.It should be text when full size and it should collapse to Icons.

Remove duplication. Text or Icon. PICK ONE!
Contrast on objects. Make things stand out.
Resizing, things should be adjustable. (so we can see useful info.)
Dead space, so much is wasted.
Colour, even colour-blind people can see at least two colours and bits in between.
BAN GRAY! If it’s a primary action make it black or a high contract colour.

Mass update of Device Details.
Feature Request: Bulk Export and Update Device Details
I would like the capability to export all device data into a report, modify details such as Host Name, and re-upload the revised file to update the system in bulk.
Currently, we are deploying across over 2,000 hosts using a script, but the Host Names in the system do not match the actual device names. As a result, each host would require a manual update. With this feature, I would like to export a report containing fields like Host Name and IP Address, make necessary changes in Excel, and re-upload to apply these updates across all devices at once.

email non delivery report
We have had several issues where clients do not receive ticket replies as Atera's mail server has blocked them. In this instance we need to be notified of the block from Atera's mail server and suggest this be implemented using a NDR or other notification back to a nominated email address.

Full Admin role without billing permissions
More granular permission needed.
We need full access permissions ticked in order to have access to thresholds and alert management but we need to be able to uncheck 'billing' as we don't want out techs to have full billing permissions.

Office license type
We have one big customer with several hundred Office365 licenses allocated in different domains. It would be helpful if atera can sum up how many Office365 licences are provided to the customer / per domain.
The MS Admin center has a great and easy overview what Atera should use as well, maybe more detailed. It could be provided in the MS License Report.Total amount:

I want a custom field under customers as a Text Areas not a text field so you can display multiple lines of text
I want my engineers to stay in Atera and use this solely, so having data on the customers within the customers overview page is the perfect place, I was looking to add a few field one being "Backup Procedures" where we can specify how the customer is backing up, so if a customer calls up to get something restored any of my engineers the see how the customer is backing up, without needing to ask other engineers or spend 20 minutes logging into servers to find out.
A Text Area would also be good for listing software that customers use

planner
I would appriciate a lot to have the possibility to organize my tickets in kanban mode, as I could do it in Microsoft Planner. I could drag-drop tickets in columns : backlog, planned, in progress, ended ...
Actually i use categories but it's not as good as Planner.
