  3. Would be nice to have more info on the device page. For example, when looking at list of devices for a particular customer, would be nice to see how long it’s been online, when was the last reboot, its IP address

  8. It would be nice to have an option for automatically switching a technician to the current profile in responding to a ticket. For example, we have automation that sets the default technician for all incoming tickets.

    When another team member is responding to a ticket they have to remember to manually assign the technician to themselves before responding or it appears to the end user that the default technician is still responding. Having an option to override that and respond as yourself would be great. I hope that makes sense.

  9. Ticket>Notes is more like a field, with multiple lines, akin to notepad.
    This could do with some improvement but is ok.

    Whereas Device>Notes, Contact>Notes, Password>Notes is more akin to one long line. It'd be great if these, and other Notes sections all worked like Ticket>Notes.

  11. The API does not report custom fields we create. At all. It also doesn't report Private Notes, only public replies/emails. If the fields exist on the ticket, we should be able to see that field in the API get request.

  12. When under Patch Management and IT Automation, and in an Automation Profile, when selecting "OS Excluded Patches' Manage, it would be nice to be able to click a "Select All". Example we do not push .Net Framework updates every month, so we put ".Net" in the description field. At this point, one has to go through all of the pages and make the selections. Being able to "select all" and choose them all to be Excluded at once would be helpful.

  15. Patches reports: would be nice to get more information on why it didnt go through. If it is due to an offline agent, it would be nice to automatically see so we know that there are no issues there

  16. Ability to select multiple computers and click on WAKE instead of having to do so per device.

    Currently when we click on Wake, we get a prompt asking for hich device to send the packet. Even if the devices are not on the same LAN, the 1st (default?) device that would come up in that window per device would be OK to send the packet.

  17. Very often I'm running a series of scripts one right after another. But the pattern isn't consistent enough to write a master script or package.

    How about adding a "Back to Scripts" button to the Script Run Summary screen next to the "Go To Agent" button?

    This would save some clicks and cut some time out of executing a sequence of scripts.

  19. Would be great to add be able to add more notes on a Agent.
    Being able to add more rows would be very helpful.
    Ex.
    Backupserver - BACKUPSRV01
    Hypervisor - 10.0.0.12
    Would make it easy to locate which backupserver the host backs up to or which hypervisor the host is located on.

  20. Turn on or off the metered connection on Ethernet and/or wifi network connections.
    Would be handy to be able to enable a metered connection on a remote laptop if the user suddenly starts hitting high data usage on a 4G router and mounts up a huge bill.
