Device Description field availability
The de vice description field should be available for reporting. At lease add it to the Auditor report

Give us the ability to customize the GUI theme.
Or at least revert back to the old one so I don't have to have my retinas accosted by the hideous new neon pink button theme.

Return classic features to new UI ticket page
There are a few missing features from the classic UI that makes the New UI much harder to use:
Unassigned being red in the Tickets page. Just adding that splash of colour makes it really easy to identify which ones are unassigned or not.
Ticket page icons. In the classic system you can easily identify where the ticket originated from with the envelope / phone icons. It adds a bit of context when looking at a ticket to see if someone has already spoken to the requestor, or if it it's an untouched email, so we can respond quickly.
Autorefresh. Maybe it was a bug when I was using it, but I found that if I had resolved a ticket, it would linger in my queue until I forced a refresh, despite seeing new tickets being added. It's like it only checked to add new to the queue but not remove completed on automatic refreshes, unlike the classic UI.
New Additions that would help
Customizable view. For example if I didn't want to see the SLA or priority but want to see the source, being able to turn them on and off would help keep the UI clean while letting me choose the info I want.
Filter by last modified. I can sort by last modified, but sometimes I just want to see how many tickets I've closed on a certain day, so being able to filter last modified by "today" with a status of "resolved" will allow me to keep an eye on todays progress.

Create Folder Sets across all clients at once.
Create a way for us to create a set of folders that we can apply to ALL clients at once. Currently you have to do this on each client which takes a long time.

Atera Icon disappears from client's computers
Create a rule that keeps the ticketing icon from disappearing from clients' computer so it doesn't continually disappear creating a need for it to be re-added.

More important information and functions on the dashboard
In my opinion, there should be more important information and functions on the dashboard. For example, you could introduce a kind of device list with certain filtering view windows that you can create as you like. Example "Devices -Categorized View-etc". 2.) A window for self-configured reports such as 1.) Customer online or offline PC or server patch status in %/last processes/scripts etc.
I don't use the dashboard because the current Information is not relevant.

search again feature
Currently you cannot "search again" by just pressing enter in an existing search to refresh the search. You have to add or remove a character to your search to search again. The search seems to ignore you if you don't change the content of the search even though the results could have changed since you last searched.

Have separate Read and Read/Write API Keys
Currently Atera provides an API key. With this one string of character, a person can temper with someone's account and create a lot of damages.
Many of us use the API key to write code allowing us to create report that are not directly available in Atera.
Can you please provide 2 keys:
API Read-Only key: those who want to write report type of code can use this key, and not even generate a write-enabled key.
API Read/Write key: this one will be just like the current one and allow all the UPDATE/CREATE/DELETE operations.

Do not alert for scheduled reboots
If an automation calls for a scheduled reboot, the alert system should not alert "machine status unknown" right away. In these instances, it should wait some time (like 20-30 minutes) before alerting. 99% of the time, no alert should occur. If updates fail or a server doesn't come back up after a reboot, an alert should occur since the 20-30 minutes have elapsed.

Currently a single customer is unable to have several different sites configured. For example of company that runs several dentist practices in different locations. Also if you create a new customer for each of the practices you are unable to use the same contact / owner details across the different customer profiles which causes another problem.
So the solution would allow us to create multiple sites under one customer profile thus allowing us to access these different sites and allowing us to use the same contact details. It will also be good to have the ability to assign different contract and SLA for each site as well.

Automap device to customer
Rather than manually adding the devices to a client / customer allow automation to detect either the external IP or internal domain name and then map accordingly.
Some of my clients rebuild their machines regularly and it would be handy to have these automap rather than having to ensure they are associated with the correct customer constantly.

Notification Alerts
When any software is installed or uninstalled from any devices we are not getting any notification emails. Right now it's only creating events but it's not sending email alerts. If these features are available great for everyone. No one monitoring always from Atera. Also right now we can set devices to only one profile. It's great we can keep the devices in multiple profiles.

If a certain file is created in the customer's folder, then you can create the alerts.
