"actionable" reports, links in reports
we need a way to act on reports. For example, these machines all need to update the software we filtered for: https://i.imgur.com/x7WyXn0.png - so we would need a checkbox in front and a button to apply an automation profile and a shutdown button etc. (the more actions the better).
this may be a big project to implement, so let us at least jump to the machine with a link like this: https://i.imgur.com/7O0BhvX.png

Titan HQ
Would like to see a Third-party app integration for Titan HQ. Personally, I like the idea of having these third-party apps in the Atera portal, and I do not find a solution for Spam/Encryption/Archiving without having to go out of the eco system.

Patch & Automation Feedback report. fixes
Patch & Automation Feedback report. The following needs to be fixed:
- the PDF version does not display information regarding the updates that were made unless you hover over the patching task
- The excel version of the report does not contain any information regarding the patches that were installed
- The excel version wrongly states Windows 10 Upgrade task when the device is actually running Windows 11
They would like to receive detailed information on the tasks that were run and their respective outputs, specifically what tasks were run, what was their result, a list of updates that were attempted and a list of updates that were successful.Patch & Automation Feedback report. Sort "Save View" / "Category" suggestion
Hey Team!
I like your improvements on the Device Site and played aroung with different filters and saving different views where I see a chance to customize it even better:When I type a category where my view should appear there should be a suggestion of categories I already have in the list. So it is easy to click the right one and minimize the risk of a typo.
The views or categories should be able to be moved up and down via drag & drop just like in the custom fields so I can adjust and customize that.
This two small changes would do a big impact on my personal look & feel using atera as my fav RMM tool ;-)

Pause alerts on multiple devices
When doing maintenance of whatever on multiple machines, it would be very handy to pause the alerts on all those machines in one time. Now you can only do it per machine.
There is already a multiple select for machines when you're looking at the machines of a customer, so adding a button to pause alerts shouldn't be that difficult I hope.6 votes -
Serial Numbers need to include letters and allow as many characters as needed
As I was attempting to add the serial numbers in for products, I was unable to use letters and it cut my off at a certain point. Some products contain serial numbers with letters and can be 15 -20 characters long.

Preventative Maintenace Scheduled Ticket cycles
It would be great to be able to automatically schedule maintenance for a device:
1- Laptop for general maintenance every 3 months - sends a user a email for the maintenance, to contact IT ticket notification for the technician.
2- Equipment batteries (Mouse, UPS etc) every 2 years - ticket notification for the technician.A start date with cycle options (daily, weekly, monthly, every Monday etc).
Select devices to include/exclude.
Keep the PM separate from Corrective maintenance.

Widget: Ticket Activity - Make it dynamic!
I would love the functionality to click on a bar from the bar chart in the widget called Ticket Activity, and then be able to see the full activity for that day. So if I click on the bar representing resolved tickets, then I will be sent to an overview of all the tickets resolved that day.
