Add device column to software inventory reports within the console for uninstalls.
I would like the ability to expand the returned items of a software report to manually uninstall from specific devices.

Ability to disable ticketing system
It would be a massive benefit to be able to disable the ticketing system completely within Atera. Like alot of Atera users, we use an external system due to how poor the built in Ticketing system is. Everything is tied to tickets but takes up space on the dashboard etc without being able to remove it.

When escalating a ticket, we need to see what work has been done without having to drill down in another location (Time Entries). We'd like to see all communication and notes from one screen - Times and dates worked on.

Notes sections against user, device, password etc to be the same as Notes section in a Ticket
Ticket>Notes is more like a field, with multiple lines, akin to notepad.
This could do with some improvement but is ok.Whereas Device>Notes, Contact>Notes, Password>Notes is more akin to one long line. It'd be great if these, and other Notes sections all worked like Ticket>Notes.

A report that includes all of a clients computers and what IT automations/Patch management profiles are applied to each machine.

Select All when selecting OS Excluded Patches
When under Patch Management and IT Automation, and in an Automation Profile, when selecting "OS Excluded Patches' Manage, it would be nice to be able to click a "Select All". Example we do not push .Net Framework updates every month, so we put ".Net" in the description field. At this point, one has to go through all of the pages and make the selections. Being able to "select all" and choose them all to be Excluded at once would be helpful.

To assign a technician to give permission to certain folder and not everything. Restriction based on departments and not “sites”

Password History
a disgruntled employee could go through Atera and delete critical passwords. the wrong password could be updated. An old system could come back to us with an out of data admin password that has been updated in atera and the old one forgotten.
the ability to run a password history report on a client to see old or deleted passwords that were stored in atera, so it would make the actions of a disgruntled employee useless instead of critically damaging.

Device / User use history
It would be very useful to be able to pull up a report per device on who has logged on to it over a timeframe. I.e. show all logon / logoff events over past week / day for a specific laptop.

Deeper Integration
I do wish we had some kind of info come into Atera with Acronis and Bitdefnder. As a MSP, we don't like to have too many different portals to get to vital information. But, we understand that sometimes that isn't possible. Also, this is more of a wish than anything. But, I would love to see some kind of API endpoint added for pulling Patch management profile information. We have a monthly schedule that we automate windows updates for our customers. Offline agent feedback on Patching report
Patches reports: would be nice to get more information on why it didnt go through. If it is due to an offline agent, it would be nice to automatically see so we know that there are no issues there

Reboot required - know when we really need a reboot
The new feature that shows that devices have a "reboot required" is good, but has some issues as implemented. Actually, it shows that a reboot is required reading a lot of registry entries, which are not critical. Only a few registry entries show when a reboot is really necessary. On the actual "Devices" view, we keep restarting our computers and they never get out of the "reboot required" status. When I check, some very old and unnecessary entries are still shown in the registry that cause this behavior.

Being able to add more rows would be very helpful.

Helpdesk Agent for Mac OS
There should be Helpdesk Agent for Mac OS also so that Mac users can directly log their tickets through it and no need to go to portal, enter the credentials and then raise ticket.

metered network connections
Turn on or off the metered connection on Ethernet and/or wifi network connections.
Would be handy to be able to enable a metered connection on a remote laptop if the user suddenly starts hitting high data usage on a 4G router and mounts up a huge bill.2 votes
