  2. Please have a look at https://www.twilio.com/docs/verify/api and see if you can integrate so OTP can go over Verify instead of SMS. No OTP SMS is working for the china users at the moment. With an APP they would be able to use Work from Home. At present it's very painful not be able to use Work from Home in China because of the SMS problem

  3. Multiple ticket filters on one screen. Be able to assign an order to filters and if there are any tickets matching the filter they are displayed on screen in order of the filter preference then by the filter rules within that pane.
    This will create a better work flow, allowing unassigned tickets to appear at the top of the list , open tickets secondary and pending after, or any other layout that suits.

  4. We are using Atera as an organization with different departments as organizations. We need to be able to keep the tickets with the device instead of with a contact. When I change the device on a ticket it changes the device assigned to that user. Not good.

  6. Ability to set a limit on the number of hours which can be rolled over for Block Hours contracts. For example, if a customer pays for 10 hours per month, we set a limit of 5 hours to roll over, so the maximum hours they would have available in any given month is 15 hours.

  7. I would like a snippet for the email body when a user submits a ticket via email. It would allow me to add it to an email template so I can see what the details of the ticket are.

  8. The ability to rename a device from the mobile app would be helpful. Many customers cycle staff frequently, the ability to rename a device while on-site from the mobile app would be greatly appreciated.

  9. Windows Updates needs an overall, it's very confusing when you look at the updates as to which machine has or has not done the updates. When you look at the machine it's missing alot of updates.

  10. Simple, remember last 10 name searches in the search bar so I can quickly go back to a machine again without having to retype the name, as when we currently go from the machine site to another part of Atera the search does not remember where I was last so I have to search again, handy when you have lots of machines.

  11. In the customers view have the ability to have more tabs. We have customers who have Supported Devices that are on full support and these are on monthly contracts, we then have devices that are only on Update support and if we have to go fix something its chargeable and then we also have non supported devices which they get charged for fixing and updating no matter what.

    Currently there is no way of making it easy for the tech to split these off if we have a company with 60 devices. We would like the tabs to have the…

  13. Ich möchte mir Berichte für diverse Ereignisse erstellen lassen. Ähnlich der CPU/RAM Verläufe. Allerdings für Festplatten Auslastung (wie entwickelt sich die Belegung über die Zeit XY, Wann kommen große Datenmengen zusammen und wieviele?)
    Außerdem möchte ich Logs generieren können, in denen ich z.b. für einen Zeitraum 05:00 Uhr Datum xy - 10:00 Uhr Datum zz anzeigt, wann genau ein Dienst ausgefallen ist, oder auch der Agent offline gegangen ist, um einen Zeitverlauf zu haben und festzustellen, ob es z.b. regelmäßige Ausfälle gibt.
    Per Mail Alert ist das zu unübersichtlich, weil es einfach zu viele Mails von anderen Kunden und Geräten…

  16. Delete Agents / Machines which haven't reported back to Atera for a specific amount of time.

    For example, if a machine doesn't dial into Atera for 5 months, it will be deleted from Atera automatically.

    It would be ideal to have it a system wide setting, client setting, or folder setting.

  17. We need to be able to manually adjust tickets (times / dates, etc) and also be able to SCHEDULE tickets too (which should include reminder alerts, etc)

  20. Add a report to find machines not logged in to for > x days - useful for finding under utilised machines, or ones that may have gone missing!
