  1. Being able to see the IP-Adress next to the devicename would be pretty handy.. Instead of clicking on a Agent to get the IP-Adress information, the IP-Adress could be displayed in the devicelist right next to the devicename to safe time for the technician.

  2. A client emailed a ticket to our support ticket system and I wanted to schedule it for a later date but was unable to. Upon investigation tickets can only be scheduled when it is created within Atera.

  3. Ability to Disable 2FA Prompt by WAN Address

    It would be nice to be able disable the 2FA prompt when logging into Atera from our Office locations. We have other vendor portals where we can add our WAN address to bypass the 2FA.

  4. We need to be able to generate a report of remote access to devices broken down by technicians and connection time (start/stop). This would be invaluable from a billing perspective and to prove to clients that may have issues when we are actually working for them.

  5. It would be great to have the "My Activities" included in the Atera console so we don't have to go looking for it elsewhere and can just open it from the console without having to log in again.

  7. When selecting multiple customers to delete, it would be good to see a list of these customers in the PERMANET DELETE prompt for double check. Also maybe another promtp to make sure.

  10. I do daily patching on my devices. Since not all devices are always online at the time the report ist generated, it would be nice to see a difference in the generated report between a device, where the installation failed and those, which were just offline.

  12. we need a way to act on reports. For example, these machines all need to update the software we filtered for: https://i.imgur.com/x7WyXn0.png - so we would need a checkbox in front and a button to apply an automation profile and a shutdown button etc. (the more actions the better).

    this may be a big project to implement, so let us at least jump to the machine with a link like this: https://i.imgur.com/7O0BhvX.png

  14. Would like to see a Third-party app integration for Titan HQ. Personally, I like the idea of having these third-party apps in the Atera portal, and I do not find a solution for Spam/Encryption/Archiving without having to go out of the eco system.

  15. Patch & Automation Feedback report. The following needs to be fixed:
    - the PDF version does not display information regarding the updates that were made unless you hover over the patching task
    - The excel version of the report does not contain any information regarding the patches that were installed
    - The excel version wrongly states Windows 10 Upgrade task when the device is actually running Windows 11
     
    They would like to receive detailed information on the tasks that were run and their respective outputs, specifically what tasks were run, what was their result, a list of updates that…
