  4. In our line of business and I'm sure many others I run PC's on my network that have no access to the outside world, there ran threw a NIC and Switch separate of the internet. I would like to see the ability to run a agent remotely via the main agent or even run scripts on remotely via that agent.

  6. Bulk select users from AD and delete the ones that are not relevant for imports in Atera.
    With the Active Directory Sync. We load in the system with a bunch of false users. It creates a real mess in the contact list. Deleting them one by one is very long with customers that have thousands of users it become very difficult to manage this.

    Having a way to bulk select users and delete them. Or having an API that can bulk delete based on criteria of email, names, etc.

  10. In the Products and Expense Report there is currently no DATE column.
    It would be quite helpful to add that column. As it stands now, you must drill into each ticket and pull the information

  11. Advanced Reports:The interface from the atera link for advanced reports - goes straight in to a “Main view” dashboard, Ideally it should link to the menu that you get up when you click the folder icon, so that you can select what you want to open a dashboard/existing report/create a report

  12. Advanced Reports: There is no access to the installed software tables, I know there is the atera built in reporting – but I wanted to see if I could add to the dashboard all the non-compliant versions of java and VOIP apps etc.

  15. The option to add customized buttons on the device/customer device interface to trigger frequently used scripts.

    The speedtest button would be a great example. Select a device and click a button for one click script runs and get the device speedtest.

  16. I would like to be able to run a specific script based on the name of the alert or based on the description of the alert.

    For example: critical alert from the backup software which reports that the folder is full in the description. The script will look for the path of the folder in question and clean it up according to its parameters. If it has made room, the alert is resolved, otherwise a ticket is created.

It would be nice if threshold profiles were overhauled to use a system that uses a default parent profile and then you just create child profiles that contain deviations from the parent profile, for example, say for example we decide that on most devices we want to change the space alert from 90% to 95%, at the moment you have to go through and update every single profile that you have created.

    What would be nicer is if that all additional profiles inherited the settings in the parent profile and then you just tweak anything that you want to disable…

  20. Customer portal for viewing tickets only - i dont want the customer to be able to open the ticket. We want to open tickets once we speak to customers on the phone. We don't want them to have the capability of opening tickets on their own but we would like to provide them the possibility of checking the status of their tickets
