  3. When scheduled reports are created -
    a generic message
    "Your Atera ‘Agent Health’ report is here"
    Can I option be added to either use the description (name of report) - or option to add the detail for the message
    This way you know exactly what the content of the email is - rather than having to click the link

  4. it would be great to have a link to directly download the PDF and Excel Export, it would save a good amout of time when you have to archive 20-30 and send them to clients. Alternatvily, it would be nice to have the option in the Report scheduler to send the reports as attachments directly in the Email notificaion. that way we could skip the Download all togehter, that would also give us the option to send the reports directly to the Client instead of being in the middle.

Scheduled Report Email Subject should Include the name we provide for the Scheduled report instead of "Your Atera ‘Patch Status Summary’ report is here" should be something like "Your Atera 'MY Report Name' report is here" that would make the email notificaion much more useful. it would also be nice to have it in the Body of the email too.

  6. when I schedule a Report, I would like it to have a list List all previous Reports in the Web portal that have been ran over say the last 12 months. these would be State-in-time Reports to show the data state when the report was scheduled, these need to be collected for compliance and If I missed an email I don't have any ohter way to access these Reports.

    For example, I have a Report scheduled to run a Patch Summary on the 1st of every month. I can See that report under the Scheduled reports, but I Would like…

  7. There should be an "Export list" option on every query. For example, I need a list of all Devices for a specific Customer, showing the Device name and availability. The Auditor report doesn't even provide the Online/Offline status.

  8. Agent Health Report: when you have just one device selected, to pull the info that appears in the hardware/disk sections under devices. It would be great to show a nice, sleek report to a client when they have a device that needs replacing (especially when they’re reluctant to do so even when the computer is on its last legs!!)

  11. Software Inventory Reports - Device Name Missing
    When we view Software Inventory Reports in Atera, we can click the pop out icon under the Number of Devices column to view the device(s) that the software is on, but when we export a report, we don't see the device(s). For my team, this typically leads to me going back into Atera to find that information whenever we're reviewing licensing, tracking down rogue programs, planning to onboard a new client, etc., and then manually adding that in a spreadsheet.

  12. It would be nice to have a report that would show us the physical age of a device, this would allow us to be able to state to a Customers/Client. That because your machine is X years old, we recommend upgrading or even replacing the device, because we are finding a trend that the older a device is the more tickets that device generates. Also a faulty machine that is always generating tickets is not good for the customer's work flow.

  14. It would be nice to be export the contact data (user data) alone with the agent data when running audits and reports. Example, I run an audit on agents with Acrobat Pro installed, and the detailed export includes the contact assigned to the agent. On that note, would like to see custom fields as well.

    Being the admin on our system I have the need to run many reports across ALL Customers, or ALL Devices, or ALL Tickets, or any other detail.
    We need a Report section where we can select certain criteria, and be able to run it against (All our system data)
    ALL Customers, or ALL Devices, or ALL Tickets. I realize using ALL seems like a wide open query, but not if you limit the choices.

    Examples:

    First select either Customer, or Ticket, or Devices, etc

    Customer (Across all Customers)

  17. Utilising the Idle/active time on the 'user activity' module. It would be good to be able to produce a report that shows if the computer has been 'active' or 'idle' during a day - this relates to WFH users who remote desktop into their computers.

  18. When scheduling a report, the email should contain the pdf (or file type of choice) as an attachment on the email. Saves from having to click on the link and login to get the report.

  19. The API does not report custom fields we create. At all. It also doesn't report Private Notes, only public replies/emails. If the fields exist on the ticket, we should be able to see that field in the API get request.

  20. I would like to know if there is any tool to know if there is a change on software inventory to tell if there's any difference between them. And I wanna support who asked to be able to access many info about devices, even when they are offline.
