  1. I would love the ability to export all my customers and devices into one big spreadsheet that I can then manipulate and create my own reports from. Maybe this is doable via API but that's outside my realm of knowledge. The last few RMMs I've used have all had something similar to this so it seems like it should be a pretty standard feature.

  2. Would like to see a report that could be run against the system to see which customers have "Work from Home" enabled on computers.

    This is for 2 reasons, billing, and much more, security.

    Need to be able to see more than anything, which customer have this enabled.
    Right now you have to look customer by customer, takes to much time.

  3. Add a report or create a filter which allows users to filter devices which have been offline for more than X days in order to delete old devices out of Atera.
    Better overview of devices which are active on customer's site.

  4. We can generate auditor reports (and more reports) only by choosing a customer, but if i want just a report for few devices on a customer, i have to create a new customer. You can add a "folder" filter, so we can generate a report just for few devices.

  5. Below is what I emailed support. Octavian suggested to add it to the feature board as this is not yet possible in Atera. Can you come back to me to see if this can be in your future road-map?

    I have added a few custom fields (with drop down) to ‘Customer’ to have 1st and 2nd engineer entered for each customer. Thus, we want to assign one technician as a main and another one as a back. How can I generate a list/report with all customers showing columns with the 1st and 2nd engineer.

  6. It would be great if we could run an open tickets report and export to CSV that shows the open ticket numbers, Assigned Tech, Customer name, Date opened, Date last modified, and time entries. Being able to have the report run every week at a predetermined date and time and then emailed to a specific email.

  7. It will be nice to be able to send our customers a report in a way that they can zoom in or collapse different features. For example the "Agent Health Report", the customer will receive a weekly report and will be able to zoom in the Memory and CPU graph.

  9. Report showing what threshold profiles and IT automation profiles each selected device has.
    Problem: Sometimes I have devices with no IT automation profiles or they're on default threshold profiles.
    Solution: A report to find which PCs have each profiles

  12. Actually, if there is no description in a time entry, the timesheet report will only show the time as if it was simultaneously entered at the ticket closing time.

    This issue isn't happening if a description is entered at the time entry.

    It would be good that every time entries, even without description, would be shown at the date they are entered.

  13. Similar to the Auditor Report, we would like to have an executive summary report that combines auditor report and patch status summary as well as other reports that we can add or remove when required.
    It would also be very handy if we can remove specific elements from a report e.g. remove Mac computers if they don't exist on the network or Server Distribution etc. and most importantly have this report sent with a PDF attachment.

  14. Right now the Auditor Report can be exported as an XLS only manually.

    When scheduling a report (for example Auditor Report), a link is sent by email to access the desired informations.
    Using the link the data can be exported as a PDF but not as XLS.

    It could be usefull to be able to download the informations from scheduled Auditor Report also as XLS e not only as a PDF.

  15. I would like the Periodic Customer Report to have more information, it is very simple.

    Information such as:
    How much time of website activity do I stay online in the month
    Successful verification of the antivirus running on the workstation and servers
    Unsuccessful verification of the antivirus running on the workstation and servers
    The days of the month that Windows backup ran smoothly
    Patches that have been updated on all computers and servers on the site.
    And community staff would add more items.

  16. When managing multiple environments, it is vital to be able to keep track of devices that would warrant upgrades, or replacement. Reporting geared towards listing all assets/devices (subject to filtering) with all their key components (i.e. CPU model, # of cores, Memory size and type, Disk size and type, etc.) would be really helpful in determining what equipment needs attention.

  17. Would like the ability to have a checkbox or some other way to exclude an agent from patch reports. As in the agent is offline and in storage or just offline but you want to keep them for asset history. A checkbox would tell the reports to exclude the agent from populating and clogging up the report. you could also run the reverse as a report showing all offline agents

  20. This would give users the ability to target a smaller subset of devices for the report. For example we have a folder that contains off-domain laptops.
