Be able to breakh down the SLA report
As we send the Atera SLA reports to our customers we would like to be able to break down the SLA report in order to show the ticket that have breached the SLA, tickets within SLA and all the other posts too just to be able to go through it all with the customers.
The search features doesn't help to much either to fins out this.Thank you in advance.

Technician booked time against a ticket
Id like to be able to see how much time a technician has booked against his tickets so I can then compare it against his working hours. So I know if there is missing time not booked to tickets.

Historical report for Agents Installed
We need to be able to run reports to find out which agents were installed during specific periods of time in the past. Currently as soon as an agent is uninstalled it no longer appears in any reports. But it is critical for MSP to be able to go back in time and find out which agents were installed between particular dates in the past.

Schedule and email COMPLIANCE reports that are available via export-
Scheduled & send of reports used for compliance for individual clients. Now I have to go in, query out the client and all the fields then EXPORT the report. I would like to have this sent monthly to the compliance reporting inbox.

Break down of alerts per day / week / month
To have the ability to list all alert per customer or agent raised per day, per month, etc.
I know we get a total but it would nice to be able to filter down to see what they were and then have the ability to export them to PDF / Excel.Example, list all alert raised for a customer or certain agents in a time period which will show 5 alerts were disk error, 3 alert were event log triggers and 10 were services stopping or not existing.

Quarterly Reporting Cycles
We roll over clients time over a quarterly cycle. Can scheduled reports have another default of the last 3 months creating. I am generating on two months but cant see what the over or underage is over a full quarter. Moving forward a quarterly client update fits in well over the year. Any report I want to be able to undertake a quarterly review.

Last Seen Format
Change the Last Seen format in the Audit Report to a more Excell friendly format ie dd/mm/yy time.

Add "Folder" field to Auditor Report Excel exports
If the "Folder" field could simply be added to the Auditor Report Excel exports that would be awesome.
We have organised our devices by customer and then by folder but without the folder field showing in the Auditor Report exports that categorisation is lost.

The auditor reports are outdated when it comes to reporting on installed builds ('service packs') of Windows 10.
Please add functionality to specify Windows 10 builds (21H2, 2004, 1909, etc) as criteria for warnings or critical alerts.

view device from software report
In the software report, there is a link that makes a modal window appear with a list of devices with the result of the search. Mostly we uninstall apps from here, but not all apps can be removed by Atera this way and the uninstall button is disabled. If you have many devices in the list it would be good to be able to jump to each device if you linked the "device name" column to the actual device.

Reports and exports more effective
Il serait bienvenu que le système de rapports et d'exports soit beaucoup plus fin et personnalisable, en incluant, notamment, la possibilité d'inclure les champs personnalisés.
En fiat, je trouve que le modèle actuel, qui offre des modèles tout faits, n'est pas assez pointus et nous aurions vraiment besoin de pouvoir affiner au maximum nos éditions de rapport.

IT Automation Feedback
When receiving the email from various reports (IT Automation Feedback) it is kind of useless since we don't see the machine affected so we have to click on View Analytics. It would be easy to have the list of machine in the summary.

List of all contracts and expiration dates
Would like to see a report listing all service contracts with start and end dates. Also would be nice to have a notice when something was coming up for renewal

non monitored hardware
It would nice to be able to track non monitored hardware like monitors and docking stations. We can add custom fields but I don't see a way to have these added to a report. If there was custom Auditor report where you could select the items displayed and could include custom fields that would be great and would really improve basic inventory management.
