  1. I'd like to run the auditor report for all clients or a selection of clients rather than a single client. I'd then like to export to Excel so I can manipulate further and this should include a column for client name.

  3. With Supply chain attacks on the rise bad actors are actively targeting MSP's and RMM software providers. There are recent reports of attackers using Atera with Zloader in the wild on DarkReading.com. The actor vector will be the same for all RMMs at some point in time.

    My request is that Atera get independently penetration tested on an annual basis and publish the results of that independent third party test.

  4. Not being able to pull any report about customers Profitability on Hourly Contract ( 100% of our customers are on hourly contract) is why we are looking elsewhere . This is an extreme week part of your application. MSP in general bill by the hour or block hour. NEVER retainer. To not have this is why we are looking to move on. How did this even get to market without this feature? Not being able to pull up how much revenue is generated by a customer or a customer /technician over 'X' period is very poor design choice by your…

  5. We automated patch management and send the appropriate report to our customers once a month (because that's the only way to send).

    We need the possibility to send a patch feedback report AFTER the patches were installed or other frequencies/dependencies. Currently, we patch once a month and send report once a month which leads to problems: e.g. sent report on 1st Saturday of month, report will be empty (0) because on the day before it was last month (30th/31st). Same on other days

    Customers are already complaining why we cannot schedule it correctly. This is critical

  6. It would be good to have a report attached to the scheduled emails so that we can export the numbers and log accordingly internally. This would be useful for automating product and expenses into invoices within accountancy packages.

  7. We use to be able to go to Customer > Devices and then on the top right, we could EXPORT REPORTS: Export a report to Excel or PDF, that just showed the workstation details. But it was the perfect report to send over to a client to review workstations and those added details. Why was this taken away. It was such a user report.

    CUSTOMER REPORT: we should be able to print reports like a customer contact list, a phone list etc. These are basic reports that would be so helpful.

  9. User activity or when they are logged in and for how long etc. would be a real bonus with this software. The data is there, basically I would like to see when and for how long each PC/User is logged on especially now with people working at home

  10. It would be nice to have the ability to create reports on SNMP devices,based on OID's outputs. For example I ahev a client that i charge per scanned pages. He has 70 scanners. Now I can get the counter but i have to manually gather the information from each SNMP device

  11. When producing a report for a software publisher, the search on name is too constricted. For example, search for ESET and nothing found - you have to put in the full publisher name. Please make this a partial match.

  15. Ich möchte mir Berichte für diverse Ereignisse erstellen lassen. Ähnlich der CPU/RAM Verläufe. Allerdings für Festplatten Auslastung (wie entwickelt sich die Belegung über die Zeit XY, Wann kommen große Datenmengen zusammen und wieviele?)
    Außerdem möchte ich Logs generieren können, in denen ich z.b. für einen Zeitraum 05:00 Uhr Datum xy - 10:00 Uhr Datum zz anzeigt, wann genau ein Dienst ausgefallen ist, oder auch der Agent offline gegangen ist, um einen Zeitverlauf zu haben und festzustellen, ob es z.b. regelmäßige Ausfälle gibt.
    Per Mail Alert ist das zu unübersichtlich, weil es einfach zu viele Mails von anderen Kunden und Geräten…

  17. When i get reports from a Automation Profile i get no details for software installation/updates.

    Currently i just get the summary details (Number of profiles in report, tasks run, agents in report etc).

    When i look under tasks i get nothing more than time of task, aswell as name of the profile.

    It really should display detailed report for each endpoint, instead of just saying 0% under Task Success Rate in the summary when (presumably) not all endpoints failed the task.

  19. Separate Time Date Columns in the Excel Export for Timesheet on Time entries so that each time entry ends up on it own line for a ticket and the dates/times can be sorted on. Currently We can sort on the description but it does not see the dates properly and sort them in order by date. It is very frustrating and we can not follow the order for a ticket. We also use this for billing.
