Editable resolved date
We need to be able to set a custom resolved date. In the event that you fall behind on ticket notes and attempt to put a ticket in the following month example say you do the ticket on the 28th and put the ticket information in on the 3rd of the next month your Report for block contract hours will be wrong every time. e.g. customer periodic: we do not use backup function so we do not want it on the report the customer gets

Report Dashboard for clients: we can't present our activity well to our clients. We need a client Dashboard, that they can check out at any time. All other RMMS do that. Access for them to check out the dashboard.

Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.

microsoft licensing- Windows Embedded Standard
When pulling a report on Microsoft licensing, not all licenses are found. "Windows Embedded" OSs are not included in the report if they don't have a version number. It would be useful to see all licenses, even if they don't have a version number.

helpdesk improvement
We would like the IT automation summary reports that are emailed be detailed. At this time we just see that some devices failed and then I have to log into the Atera dashboard and expand everything to see the details. It would be much easier to just get the detailed summary reported emailed to us to begin with.

Improved Software Inventory Report
Please allow simplifying the results from the Software Inventory report such that apps with different versions can be collapsed into a single line.
When I run this report right now, it's very cumbersome to see the apps installed when there can be 10 entries for the same app with varying versions. Being able to simplify this list so I can see plainly what apps are installed on which endpoints without having to mentally or manually collapse these multiple duplicate apps would be very beneficial.

Report Export in XLS not XLSX
The Microsoft recommeded 'Office Security Baselines' blocks 'Excel 97-2003 workbooks and templates'.
Appears all the reports exportable in Atera are in the xls, not xlsx, document format which is blocked by this recommendation. Is it possible for these exports to changed xlsx. It's either that or CSV.
I'm sure your org is very security focused and will appreciated my dilemma.

Audit Report for All Companies not just one at a time.
I won't the ability to export the audit report to excel for all computers, not just by a one company at a time.

Schedule report : Email Subject is to generic
When scheduled reports are created -
a generic message
"Your Atera ‘Agent Health’ report is here"
Can I option be added to either use the description (name of report) - or option to add the detail for the message
This way you know exactly what the content of the email is - rather than having to click the link4 votes
