Ability to allow you under email settings to add a Reporting SMTP server and, as a example invoicing SMTP server so we can whitelable our reports as we cannot even use in the public / goverment sector due to reports still mis aligned and the server its sending from, would be nice to add your own sending server

  2. Export reports to HTML and allow the client to search like ourselves; we are able to filter on a report before sending it, collapse fields, and use a dropdown box as an example choose between options, such as Windows 10 , 11, pro , home edition or even vendors , tickets, etc depending on the report built as the advanced reports look bad sending to a client as half of the information is cut of or going over the page size.

Fixing the advanced reports to fit onto a PDF or letting you drag what you build so it will fit, it looks great when building it, but you can't send it to a client as half of the information does not fit or does not look anything like it when building. Reporting is a customer's way of looking at what is in the IT environment, and currently we can't use the reporting for any clients; we can't even export it to HTML or MHTML.

  4. The reports for patch status and patch deploy does not include 3rd party software status. This is a super essential and not sure why this is not already implemented years ago. We aren't atera users but considering atera but many basics things are missing in atera and a let down

  5. Why do we need a script to get a report of all the bitlocker keys for quick archival? the keys are saved to the site and we should be able to get a report of all machines and associated keys. The only solution a tech gave would be to run a script for all PCs to save the key to a specified location. Not only would this be a massive licensing cost for the month, but we would need to do this every time we added a new device. the information is already saved tot he site and we can…

  6. On the Atera Roadmap (https://www.atera.com/roadmap/) there is a functionality "Reports in main dashboard" coming soon.

    This would allow to create Tickets queues on the main dashboard like "Display all open tickets assigned to me" or "Due open tickets in my team".
    The report could look like (example):
    Ticket ID Ticket URL Ticket Title

    The ID and title can easily be added via advanced reports.
    The Ticket URL must be added via a custom dimension field.

  7. The ability to report/lookup specific device information as a feature/reports option, that can then be easily exported.

    Use Case: Need a plain list dump of which CPU's are in use in my environment to be able to set up a budget for replacing hardware that is not Win11 compliant.

  8. Ability to Email Detailed Excel Reports for Software Inventory

    Currently, there is an option to download detailed Excel files for Software Inventory reports. It would be a significant improvement if we could automate this process so that these detailed Excel files are directly attached to scheduled email reports, instead of only being available for manual download. This feature would save time and provide a more detailed snapshot for clients, which can be especially useful for historical tracking and archiving

  10. Request to modify the Hardware Inventory report to include a filter for the endpoint creation date in the console, enabling the selection of a specific day, month, or year when the device was added. This is needed for billing purposes.

  13. Nouvel utilisateur d'ATERA, j'ai mis en place les enquêtes de satisfaction automatique à la clôture d'un ticket mais 2 problèmes se présentent :

    1) je ne vois pas les commentaires sans aller sur les tickets et je ne sais pas sur quels tickets il y a un commentaire à voir ! c'est inutilisable en l'état...

    2) La période de temps que l'on sélectionne dans le rapport doit être la date de réponse à l'enquête et non la date d'ouverture du ticket.

  15. I would like the CPU utilization metric system to monitor actual CPU load rather than the TDP of the component. Monitoring TDP causes unnecessary alerts, especially when customers with laptops switch between power sources. For instance, when a laptop running CAD software is plugged in, it uses a high-performance power plan. Once unplugged, the OS switches to a balanced or power-saving mode, lowering the TDP. This change triggers false alerts due to the lower TDP values associated with these power plans.

  16. Some jobs get stuck in the "in progress" State and the ability to remove them would be great. Especially when they fail and have to be run again, this will prevent us from having multiple of the same processes for one machine. Which in turn will making viewing the report much easier when updating or running scripts on multiple machines at once.

  19. like to build out a report/ dashboard that shows devices per organization or a full overview on hardware utilization. this would be looking at a set percentage over the course of 24 hours, weeks months just like the devices page for metrics. what the percentages would be in an example is CPU to 50%, RAM to 60%, Network 80%. etc. and can see a list of any of those devices that go above to show in the report/ dashboard and not as an alert but as a way to identify possible upgrades or attention that will be in need. i…

  20. I want to be able to send scheduled reports to techs as CVS instead of links to reports. I want to do this so a batch file can process the report without having me going into the report myself.
