Better time sheet report
Actually, if there is no description in a time entry, the timesheet report will only show the time as if it was simultaneously entered at the ticket closing time.
This issue isn't happening if a description is entered at the time entry.
It would be good that every time entries, even without description, would be shown at the date they are entered.

Ideally in a time entry you describe what you did and how long it took.
So it is very, very important part of a ticket.In Datto for instance every ticket entry/reply is also a timesheet entry.
And thats completely logical.Time entries are essential part of a ticket and clients should be able to view them in the customer portal
