Under the Device, under 'contact' would be nice to have "Assign device "
Under device, it would be nice to see under "contact" : assign contact for those devices that are not properly assigned. Would be easier to assign it there.
Makes it easier and smoother to assign it there if it's missing

Reports not fully translated in French
Auditor report is not not entirely translated. All reports that are sent to our clients needs to be translated. For us, its okay but if we send it to customers it needs to be properly translated.

Report for total number of patches applied
I would like to simply be able to see the total number of patches that were applied to a customer over a specified period of time. This number would be used for monthly reporting to customers to show value.

Monitor History Over Time
Right now I can only see about a week of monitoring history for TCP, HTTP, SNMP, and Generic devices. I'd really like to see more data than that - at least enough to see trends over the course of a year or two. I'd also like to be able to report on this info.

Hide disabled Remote Access
It would be nice if the disabled Remote Access tools would be hidden for all technicians. We only use Splashtop and Teamviewer, but the list always shows all the available tools, even if disabled.

Device Tagging
Allow tagging of devices to better organize and apply automations rather than manual Folder assignments.
Tags should be able to be applied both manually and dynamically by rules (.i.e newly added, os version, laptop/desktop/server, days from last boot)

Add description and to contracts with batch invoices
Having the ability to pull notes & descriptions from contracts on customers accounts automatically when generating a batch invoice for all of our clients, currently, the invoice only shows the charge with no description of what they are being charged for, we have bespoke plans that have different terms and products included in the customers plans, and e need t be able to show this as we provide a license breakdown for products when clients want to know what license they are providing to users.

Shorter URLs or a generic login page
When a user is given work from home access IT needs to send them this incredibly long URL in order to access their PC. The real idea of work from home is that a user can access their computer from anywhere. If they are on a shared computer it is easy to remember https://app.atera.com/WFH. Users should be allowed to log into this shorter URL and then should be presented with the computer or computers that they can access. OR if they only have one computer it should take them directly from the login page to their computer.

Be able to hide tabs (Work from home, Network Discovery, Get rewards)
I think it would be a good idea to be able to hide these tabs for certain roles
EG we have a client that has an onsite technician and he has access to our ticketing system I do not want him to be able to see those tabs

"Charge me now"-button
If, for some reason you could not charge the credit card for some time the blue bar appears and states the one should update it´s card information.
If you resolve the issue with your card then you do not know when the next attempt, if any, to try to charge your card again will happen.
Suggestion: Add a "Charge me now" - button to retry the current card as you only can do that by resubmitting all your card info once again.
