  1. It would be great if Finance could access Atera and just have access to the built-in Finance product and pull reporting. As now we need a technician license for someone to pull the reports and press the button for invoicing, then download it and redo it on our templates and add the tax number. 20 minutes a month on Atera Finance, and they require a license or when they need to pull a report on a finance query?

  4. Please make a 3rd party integration for Octiga. It will make Office 365 management way better and it will be valuable for Atera as a selling point.

Quisiera solicitar que el término "Novedad", que aparece como menú desplegable en la pantalla principal de Tickets (adjunto captura), sea reemplazado por "Nuevo" para mejorar la comprensión de los usuarios en español. El término "Nuevo" es más intuitivo y se ajusta mejor al contexto de creación de tickets.

  6. When I was new to Atera, at the beginning. I was very happy to see Windows Linux and MAC support. Unfortunatly you let the Mac more and more behind. Still features which you wanted to consider AND still Bugs ne one fixes are there.

    This is very bad and sad. Because I pay to get a better and better Product. Dont forget your members. Fix old Problems and hold a standard. Than bring new features!

  7. Add a file transfer threshold status indicator on the dashboard so admins can see if they are getting close to their allowed file transfer monthly limit.

  8. It would be nice to keep a history of asset changes. For example, we have all our laptops/desktops as assets. These items get assigned to a user but can be reassigned to someone else. It would be great to see everyone it has been assigned to. Also, if we change the name of a computer, that should be recorded in the asset history.

  9. It would be nice to be able to manually scan for Windows updates, 3rd party patches and inventory via a button for bulk or single endpoint. Currently you have to wait or reboot an endpoint for atera to update patches/inventory and status.

  12. The Atera web UI uses the Roboto font, but only includes the latin subset. As a result, characters such as č, š, ž, ć, đ (used in Slovenian, Croatian, Bosnian, and Serbian languages) are rendered with a fallback font, creating an inconsistent appearance.

    Suggested fix:
    Update the Roboto font import to include &subset=latin-ext — e.g.

    <link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Roboto:wght@400;500;700&display=swap&subset=latin-ext" rel="stylesheet">

    This adds full Central European character support with no breaking changes or visual differences for existing users.

  13. When it comes to assets and attachments, not only do we need to be able to link assets to devices but we also need to ensure the attachments can be linked to assets. When an asset is created we need to be able to add an attachment and have it show in the customer attachment section. In addition, when an attachment is attached to a device it should show up in all connected areas: Customers Attachments, Device Attachments, and Asset Attachments.

  14. Currently, Splashtop allows users to select a single connection mode, such as requiring or not requiring connection approval. However, it would be highly useful to make this setting configurable based on sites and profiles. This would allow for specific connection behaviors tailored to different clients, user PCs, or servers, depending on their security or accessibility requirements.

  17. I would like to see the "form factor" of the agent devices in the display and reports. When budgeting, we need to determine laptops vs desktops and currently need to discern what's what with a combination of excel formulas and manual entry. Having this readily available (without custom scripts) would be appreciated.

    Says it silent installs but you need to update the guide to include the crucial info that when adding the app you need to add the /qn to the argument section of the add app page or else it user prompts for install.
