SNMP monitoring,
We monitor all DiskUsage / Memory, CPU, Network bandwidth Usage type OIDs on servers / switches / routor or any other SNMP device.
It would be very relevant to allow the activation or not of a historical graph of each supervised OID in order to be able to do troubleshooting or proactive supervision
Current SNMP monitoring is so incomplete without this essential functionality !!! We would like have some graph same as prtg/nagios/NMP/graphana/ or other

Display the most recent/current/'live' temperature of the device/agent.

It Would be great to have a option to search within tickets.
Problems and applied solutions are described within tickets.
It would be great to have a way to search in this treasury box to find solutions.Search should be a free search on words as: Internet - Printer - Outlook - firewall - RDS etc etc. The Search should ideally search within ticket title, conversation and timesheets.
I know the feature exists in Autotask and it was a feature we used a lot! We like Atera better but we really miss this option.

It is desirable and absolutely urgent to have a threshold element with mounted network drives that can be monitored under macOS. This means that there must be a message if macOS loses the connection to the share. It shouldn't matter whether it's AFP, FTP, NFS or SMB.

Ability to attach SNMP devices to tickets
We should be able to directly track work via tickets on SNMP devices.
We should be able to attach an SNMP device to a ticket like we can agents.For example, you need to upgrade a Firewall's firmware. you should be able to track that in a ticket and attach the device to said ticket.

Highlight hovered row in Devices tab for client, similar to the Customers page.
When going to the far right end of the row to Connect or Manage dropdowns, it is a little annoying not being sure I am on the right row sometimes (ultrawide screen, higher res)

Add the ability to save the Eset installer link to a site\company
Why should I have to pull up a static link everytime to paste it in ?
Add the ability to save the URL and use that when pushing the silent install.
