General suggestion -- anytime you create an operation, create that operation with multiple endpoints in mind.
When you want to activate an agent, you have to click each individual agent, HUNDREDS OF THEM, ONE AT A TIME and select activate agent. Same if you want to activate chat. Same if you want to install BitDefender. This software is supposed to make managing multiple endpoints simpler, right? It's ridiculous to have to even mention this for a RMM Tool, to be honest.

Script library should include "File type" column
The Shared Script Library should include additional columns such as "File type" to show the operator each individual script's file-type .. e.g. PS1 / BAT / SH
Additionally this should be sortable, or preferably filterable to only show those you may be interested in.

Add metrics to Auditor report
Please can we include agent metrics on the Auditor report? The information is already stored on the agent:
- Average memory usage for last 24 hours
- Average memory usage for last week
- Average memory usage for last month
- Average CPU usage for last 24 hours
- Average CPU usage for last week
- Average CPU usage for last month
Having these would identify which machines could do with being upgraded/replaced and present a financial opportunity. These numbers are already stored against the agent, so shouldn't be too hard to export.

Display the current active user
The device display shows the "Last Logged User". But this information does not clearly indicate if the user is still logged in. It is often stale or incorrect, especially if more than one user is logged in.
Ideally, it should show the currently logged in user (the one that's active). And it should show their status (Active, Idle, etc...)

Unmerge Ticket Improvement
It needs to be possible to undo an accidental ticket merge properly. Currently, you can change the status of a ticket from Merged to Open/Pending to get it back, but it will be empty and the contents still on the ticket which it was incorrectly merged into.
This needs to have the original contents remain on the ticket and REMOVE those contents from the one they were merged into - they presumably haven't been sent to the contact who had the original ticket so it's not destroying a "paper trail" but deleting the contents from the original ticket which got…5 votes -

Integrate 3rd Party App for EU (DE + ES) Accounting Software
It would be great o have for EU Clients more Integrations available. QuickBooks and Xero are not ready either for DE nor ES Market. Was doing a trial and liked it but its not complaint with the local law, GPRO and general tax reporting API connections. Can we have more integrations like SevDesk, SumUP, Odoo?
