Integration with Direct messages systems
How do you (and your techs) communicate with your customers? Would you like to see any communication integrations added to Atera?

If Atera provides the ability to send tickets and alerts notifiation to a webhook, then this can be integrated with Teams, Telegram, Slack, and custom web applications we can write.

Slack integration is a must for our team. The ability to submit tickets in slack chats and chat back and forth via the ticket would be a huge plus

Slack & GChat. SMS would be nice to have. A true integration with the ability to create tickets by sending a message to a particular profile, or create a ticket from an existing chat message / thread, add a comment / thread to existing ticket, send replies back to the user / channel / room / space and update statuses and other ticket data from within the Slack / Chat interface...or visa versa to choose Slack/Chat users/channels etc. from within Atera tickets and send related communications while capturing the thread in the ticket...Truly would add functionality and value.

Another vote for TEAMS!
Right now we have to utilize Splashtop and connect to the machine to chat with the user. -

I would suggest having Slack and Whatsapp, especially the latter as it is being used widely with our customers
