I remember suggesting this back when we started using atera must be 2017/18 time.
Every so often I log in to the new ideas portal and see its still here getting kicked along.
I do actually like atera but sometime this wave of despair comes over me when I see things like this.And yes I am the OP!

careful what you wish for!!
I have sos subscription.
Also have full business subscription for customer usage before they added it to atera for twice the price.
My advice is don't bother.Splashtop business, if as client is signed in won't then let me sign in too along side them with splashtop RMM, the customer signed out first I login and then log back in.
So dumb raised this issue 4 years ago with both Atera and Splashtop and they just both blamed each other.

I'm using the app more and more these days but one things that is a constant thorn in my side is customer passwords.
We have some complicated password that we need to login to systems.
So I have to have split screen setup on my phone so I can get what I need from the website to make the app useful!

When you go into time entry the billable tick isn't selectable without having to go into each item.
Can we make those ticket usable without having to alter each item individually.

I've noticed that time entries always round down on the minute.
So 1 minute 50 seconds shows as 1 minute on the time entry.
I assume this is a visual thing on the ticket view and not how its calculated for contract billing.
Because we can end up with times when we have a lot of small entries and if its rounded all of those down for the bill contract we could be losing out on a lot of time (money billable). -

365 integration would be nice. I'd be happy with a sharepoint > document library that just uses customer ID on a folder to keep it all organised that's what I do with most systems now.
Then we can integrate flow etc to do clever stuff straight off the back of it. -

When exporting to xero there is no due date, so every invoice has to be manually edited to add a due date.
To much time is devoted to this task.
we are actually now quicker to export to csv and then reimport.Maybe we could just add a 'terms' option to customers that can be used with whichever system is used for accounts.

I'd post money to pay him again if you add this as he deserves paying like we did many years ago when he used to sell it before open sourcing it. -
