attach tickets to sites
I need to be able to attach tickets to sites instead of users. for example I have a user that is an area manager and belongs to multiple stores/sites. if he or she is setup in one site and emails about an issue at another site it throws off the ticket tracking

Tickets, forwarding from an email - Option to make my comment Internal rather than Public.
We find it is much faster to create a ticket simply by sending an email to our helpdesk, then editing after it arrives. This not only ensures direct phone calls are in the ticketing system for visibility purposes, it also time-stamps the ticket for time-keeping purposes.
However, at times I would rather my comments were Internal notes. It would be nice to include a flag or tag that will create my note as "Internal" notes.
With our previous ticketing system we could use #INTERNAL and the notes would be added to the ticket as Internal notes.

Ticket Message field, NEW UI
The message body of the NEW Ticket UI is missing original features.
In the old UI we are be able to use @Someone in the body of the email which highlighted when we were speaking to more than one person from a group of people that are already in the CC line.
We are no longer able to do this in the new UI.
Example ticket reply to a ticket with multiple names in the CC field:

Details about screen that is plugged in
I would like to see info on the screen that is plugged into the device.
Details like:
Vendor
Serial Number

We have filtered views on the ticket screen, so we can change it from "default view" to all onsite jobs or all telephone jobs for examlpe.
It would be great when clicking the drop down list for the ticket count to be added on the end of the choices.

Ability to "Create VBScripts"
No Option for "Scripts"
Below our case already shared with Bill Frankel and your Support Team:
Basically we would like to have the ability to create VBScripts and distribute them to the devices we want them on it.Below one example of how we use the VBScripts to be able to distribute and push the script (before via Ninja without any issue) to All workstations and servers. We normally upgrade the version of the Dental Software that the practices use (PMS and Xray Software) and after the upgrade the install will push the icons by default, so we nee to push our customize icon using a VBScript to all workstations and servers (something that we noticed last week when we ran the upgrades is that Atera does not allow us to create VBScripts) and we was needed to do manually to all devices!
Basically, we modified the “properties” for the icon adding the Server IP (per practice) and the credentials for the SQL database – end users. As we discussed I think this is something that can’t be 24/7 support because is something for your development team.

Invoice as PDF to mail adres
Payment (invoice) from atera and webroot are sent via an email. This information is not sufficient for administration. I would like the invoices that can be found in Atera (admin-subscription-Invoices) to simply be emailed as a PDF to a mail address that we can enter ourselves. In our case the administration of our company.

Add a CC or Watch List
Need the ability to add others to a ticket without changing the primary contact. A watch list would be nice so users CC'd on the email will be added to the Watch List and notified on ticket updates and reply going forward.
