  1. If availability monitoring is enabled for a device, Atera sends alerts when that device goes offline. However, it would be very useful if it would also send a notification when the device is back online (after a reboot for example). This is a basic feature and a must-have in my opinion.

  2. The ability to integrate software into the installation packages that does not come from Chocolatey and Homebrew would be a great relief.

  7. iOS APP Filter for alerts just like the website.
    I want to view only critical ones without enabling the notifications and selecting critical.
    it is not doable with current app feature.

  9. Have a way to monitor or see Network Utilization in a device metrics chart for the max, avg, upload, download for the network? For instance, if a site is claiming issues with their network, I would like to see if a device that is being monitored by our ATERA is using up the network bandwidth. Note: I am a small business MSP and most of my clients don't have the network hardware in place to monitor in detail this information.

  10. Ability to detect if a device alarm has already created a ticket and then add to it and not open a new ticket.

    currently atera creates a ticket from an alarm. If the ticket is not closed and the alarm is retriggered, a new ticket is created. I would like Atera to recognize this and add the alarm to the existing ticket rather than creating a new ticket.

  11. Being able to add/update/remove Assets with the API would be of great benefit. It would be awesome to be able to migrate our non-agent inventory to Atera without having to manually enter one asset at a time.

  12. Please simplify logon process for the mobile app (iOS).

    It should work like in other apps where you just open the app and do Face-ID, no fiddling with entering email-address and clicking through a lot of pages. This is a real inconvenience when you want to quickly react to a push notification/alarm!

Network Discovery Scanning results should mirror the ability of advanced ip scanner by adding comments to devices, also ability to group devices by custom names like Mac, PC, Desktop, Chromebook, Switches, Unknown, Ipads etc. The ultimate for rogue devices on your network would be adding some sign of a digital fingerprint to all your devices on your network via agent install . So that when a rogue device enters your network. Network discovery can auto label it as unknown or rogue device and separate it for easy security management and filtering.

  18. I'm finding it at times very difficult to distinguish the difference in colour from Internal Notes and External Replies. Is it possible for the background colours of the response to mimic the button colours ie: yellow for internal, and pink for external for ease of identification? or give us the ability to choose our own colour choices?

  19. in the admin menu there is a possibility to use a whitelist. because we think security is really important we use both 2FA and the ip whitelist.

    we miss 2 options:
    - the possibility to whitelist IPv6 addresses
    - the possibility to ad notes next to every ip-address that is whitelisted. (Like: branch office, datacentre, etc etc.)
