Create a Agent Offline Alert (Information, Warning, Critical, Crisis)
Would like the ability to have Atera alert of agents offline as a threshold with levels of Information, Warning, Critical, Crisis. This would really help us out.

Emailed response thread context
Email reply thread context is lost if the user replies out of order, showing only the response, causing confusion for the user and technician at times. It would be better if the context of the reply was available to review in this case, maybe click or hover to see the context of the reply as we cannot make the assumption that the user is responding in the correct context either.

Custom tags with hierarchy like auto tags
The auto tags have a hierarchy in many instances - Hardware, Application, Network as top levels, and various things as sub-levels.

Threshold Event By Source Improvement
Event By Source could be very powerfull if you add the possibility to define a filter ID (Events to Exclude (comma separated)) like there is in Event System. In this way is possible to receive alerts from specific source in any case and decide if any specific event ID can be ignore.
For example:
- Category: Events By Source
- Source Folder: Other
- Custom Folder: Directory Service
- Event Severity: Warning
- Source Names or Event IDs: Microsoft-Windows-ActiveDirectory_DomainService- Events to Exclude (comma separated): 3041
In this way I get all warning alert releated to Directory Service but ignore only event id 3041.

Settlement, New batch of invoices
When calling "new batch of invoices", do not start the search directly ("up to 2 minutes"). Waste of the employee's time. Parameters have to be set and searched again each time.

Better Billing for Non-MSP Atera Customers
We currently use Atera for in-house support only, not as an MSP, and also have the Bitdefender AV component. We receive two separate bills each month, one for Atera technicians and one for Bitdefender licenses.
We would like to see two improvements:
- Billing with Atera that does not require a credit card (prefer Invoicing)
- Unified billing when using Atera and any other add-ins, such as Bitdefender AV.

SECURITY RECOMMENDATION FOR ATERA.COM
The alerts from ATERA.COM are mostly being sent to Quarantine by Exchange Online (Office 365) and, if this is happening for us, it will be happening for many other companies using Exchange Online.
Whitelisting your domain under anti-spam policies doesn't overcome the problem (I've tried).
Looking at your public DNS configuration, you have not setup three important components of your DNS and Email infrastructure to assure customers of your email security: these are SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Since you appear to be using Exchange Online/Office 365 for your email, it is a reasonably straightforward process and this would help all of your customers to be assured of the validity of emails genuinely sent from ATERA.COM
Additionally, if these are not setup it makes ATERA look unconcerned about cyber security (for those of us that have to be sensitive to these things).

Better time sheet report
Actually, if there is no description in a time entry, the timesheet report will only show the time as if it was simultaneously entered at the ticket closing time.
This issue isn't happening if a description is entered at the time entry.
It would be good that every time entries, even without description, would be shown at the date they are entered.

Allow a custom create date field to be updated by Ticket automation (after a condition is met) with the same options as the filter has i.e. Today, Tomorrow, 7 days, 30days etc.

ability to attach device
In the vein of ITIL it would be nice to be able to attach device(s) as assets to tickets and then be able to view associated tickets when looking at a device. also a report showing problematic devices based on number of tickets would then be nice

import tickets from zendesk
would be nice to be able to import tickets from Zendesk so I wont have to use Zendesk anymore. We have 4 years of tickets that I would like to be searchable in Atera

Create an Atera application to improve quality of life. You are currently able to install a web page as an app through most, if not all, browsers. This mimics an app but is just a fancy looking tab for Atera. An application could include some features such as: dark mode, customizable dashboard, app integrations that could possibly be added to the dashboard.

Add PDF attachment to Expenses in Tickets
Currently you can only attach images to "Expenses" within tickets. Please allow us to attach PDF's to the expense ticket submissions.

Periodic Customer Report
I would like the Periodic Customer Report to have more information, it is very simple.
Information such as:
How much time of website activity do I stay online in the month
Successful verification of the antivirus running on the workstation and servers
Unsuccessful verification of the antivirus running on the workstation and servers
The days of the month that Windows backup ran smoothly
Patches that have been updated on all computers and servers on the site.

Automate Device Relations based on IPv4
I have various users (Contacts) that travel between sites (Customers). Can I automatically update Device Relations to different sites (Customers) based on which Device a Contact is logged into?

Device lists not constant
Bring the new devices interface/patch list to the device views when using search and when viewing devices from the customer tab. Any list of devices should use the new interface. Currently, a lack of interface constancy when viewing a list of devices.

Edit Relations by (part of) device name
The possibility to automatically move agents from unassigned to a specified folder by part of the device name should be added.
For example:
If agent name contains "PC" move automatically to folder "Computers"
If agent name contains "Server" move autmoatically to folder "Servers"This would take a lot of hassle out of getting agents in the right place just so they can get the right automation profiles.
