  1. The Atera agent once installed generates an info event in the System Event Log:

    This event occurs every 30 seconds, minute or so. It really clutters up the System Event Log. Makes it very difficult when attempting to track down an issue using the System Event Log.

  2. Bring back the scroll bar. Removing the scrollbar is probably the worst idea since Nazis. Especially for anyone who is trained in IT and UI/UX, like I am.

  3. The email / reply section of the ticket, is the only thing that appears as part of the conversation thread. Any time / notes posted, does not show "in line" as part of the thread.

    Autotask / ConnectWise, both put ANY effort (notes / email) in order as part of the entire conversation thread. Not having the time/notes show is a waste of effort filling it out. ideally, the email "reply" section should be REMOVED and ANY effort, including an email to the affected user, should be time tracked and part of the thread (ala ConnectWise/AutoTask)

  5. Detect services configured to "Automatic" or "Automatic (Delayed Start)" (agents already detect services and states), expanding on this to combine alert capability when one of the applicable detected services state is "Stopped" or "Stopping" (i.e. not running).

  7. I would like to ask if it would be possible to get a view where ALL opened and re-opened tickets is included. This will give us a better ”real” view of the ticket activity (open/reopen(close) on a daily basis (since we often work with reopening tickets)

With the new ticket view it is harder for the support team to differentiate on the list which tickets are "awaiting customer response" or "awaiting technician response" as there is a just small circle of either green or purple next to the status. We would like tickets where they are awaiting our reply to be obvious at a glance to prevent a reply from being missed.

  11. I am tracking the number of active users in my company. This allows me to see the health of each client and if I need to add additional resources to a client for support and buy-in of my market offerings.

    In short the more active users/endpoints the healthier my business is.

  13. ARM processor support for Windows 10 and Mac OS. Since Apple is going to be moving towards the ARM processors in the future for their lines. Will need to be able to support them. Microsoft Surface lines as well as several Laptops that utilize LTE with Windows 10 mostly run on ARM processors.

  14. When Atera/Splashtop is uninstalled using Control Panel \ Programs and Features, it would be desired for the device to be removed from the portal too during the same process, without needing manual deletion or other commands run afterwards.

    Sometimes the end user would remove the software themselves without our knowledge, especially when the device is a personal PC/laptop, which leaves the device behind on the portal in a permanently offline state.
    I get that this can be done by not giving local admin but this often just not possible.

  15. It would be helpful if we could filter by Last Modified - e.g. Last Modified last week but not this week, so we can easily see if there are any tickets that we've missed out on updating.

    I have some Event viewer Tresolds. Iám missing 2 thinks here:

    1. Overruling the message with a understanding on instead of a copy of the event.
    2. If its Information i wont get a email notice, maybe to overrule it so it will email within the thresold rule? (Like inserting a USB)
