Help Desk Ticket Calendar
Add a calendar for tickets so the Dispatcher will assign the tickets to the available Technician. Also the tickets should be in colors according to the importance of the ticket

@ProductTeam, what is the status of this? We are currently between Autotask and Atera, and we are ready to take the plunge, but Atera doesn't fit with our ticket management structure well because of the lack of calendar options for our dispatcher."
