microsoft licensing- Windows Embedded Standard
When pulling a report on Microsoft licensing, not all licenses are found. "Windows Embedded" OSs are not included in the report if they don't have a version number. It would be useful to see all licenses, even if they don't have a version number.

Create an export button on the Tickets screen.
I can filter the Tickets screen the way I want, but cannot get a report that does the same thing. If there was an export button, I could use it to do what I want.

Enable to sync SNMP and TCP device to IT-Glue
I would love to be enable to sync SNMP and TCP device to IT GLUE. With current integration you can only sync server and computers because you need an MAC-adress for a device to be sync to IT GLUE. I would love to be enable to set own mac-adress or a random generated mac-address.

Executive Summary with PDF Attachment
Similar to the Auditor Report, we would like to have an executive summary report that combines auditor report and patch status summary as well as other reports that we can add or remove when required.
It would also be very handy if we can remove specific elements from a report e.g. remove Mac computers if they don't exist on the network or Server Distribution etc. and most importantly have this report sent with a PDF attachment.30 votes -

User email ticket updates to include subject
Users sometimes email in with info only in the subject, or they set out of office with no info in the body. If this occurs all we see in the ticket is a blank entry.

Remotely connect to an agentless SNMP device
I can't find the ability to connect to an SNMP agentless device thru its own management interface (like http or telnet).
I suggest: 1 promote a remote agent as a "gateway node" 2 in rmm web interface assign SNMP device to this remote agent becomed gateway 3 in rmm web interface on SNMP device configure the management port number and type (for example 80 http) 4 a connect button appears on SNMP device in rmm 5 clicking the button it opens a piece of software on my pc that opens an http tunnel between remote SNMP device and my local…18 votes -
WMI Queries/ PowerShell Output
The ability to query a device's WMI and then set a custom field in the agent's record would allow us to then use those custom fields with filters. For example, query the processor type and then set a custom field to read either Intel or AMD.
I can see this working as a WMI query function built by Atera or an added feature to the installed agent that allows a script to send data back to the agent which would update the record.

File transfer needs to support more than 100mb files. Is this 2005?
5gb file limit should be the minimum, preferably 10gb.

Solarwinds had the ability to schedule a reboot after hours.
I see others have suggested this. Any progress? Sooner rather than later would be nice.

Wake Mac machines when for no PC deployments.
Majority of my deployments are Apple only. Please add wake functionality to work for the Mac side when no PC is there.
