  2. Place links next to Knowledge Base Categories for creating a new section within it, for quick access. Same for sections: create a link for making a new article within a section. This would streamline the user interface within the Knowledge Base and make it more user friendly.

  4. When we sign up a new client, we would like to be able to open a Ticket within the system with all the onboarding tasks assigned. This would then mean, if I opened a ticket my colleague could action this and tick off which onboarding tasks they have completed. This would be really beneficial!

  7. Send email to user if laptop not patched for x days. Customer tun off their computers and then put them to sleep so the IT automation didn't go through. We need to send them an email to let them know to keep it on

  9. I think the ability to select multiple software bundles within the Patch Management & IT Automation profiles would be extremely useful for setting up different departments of a company (i.e. select a base essentials and software development bundle for a software engineer)

The filtering devices, when looking through devices for available patches it would be nice to sort by the patches column so instead of searching through the whole list, we can see all the devices with pending patches sorted to the top of the list and go through these. It would be extremely helpful if the sorting could be applied to all columns.

  12. Tickets for monitored endpoints - there's not a linux agent yet, but I can monitor them. However, I cannot assign them to a ticket as I can only assign actual "agents". For example, I'm monitoring a linux server, if I click the "create ticket" button the agent field is blank... because it doesn't have an agent. It would be great if I could assign devices to tickets based on the device as opposed to the agent for this reason.

  13. Given that Atera pushes for the use of chocolatey, they should take the time to update common software packages on the public repo that they use. things like VLC are wildly out of date, and Atera is failing to update these programs despite promising to update them.

  14. Can the agent be updated for the M1 chip Macs? The current agent requires the use of Rosetta 2. This is fine in the short term, but the M1 has been available since November 2020

  15. Import the physical address from quickbooks not the billing address. It is pretty hard to map a PO Box, or go to the headquarters office instead of the remote office.

  20. If we can broadcast message to specific client, we can remind them to leave their computer on over night so scheduled update would be run. Or if there is a scam email being send to everyone in the organization, we could let them know to delete the message. As Atera agent already installed on all the machines, pushing a pop up message would help to reach many users quickly.
